3-year-old Neb. girl raped, killed as family slept (importing crime alert)

A 29-year-old man accused of raping and suffocating a 3-year-old girl inside the South Sioux City home where her family was sleeping Saturday morning was in an Iowa jail Sunday, awaiting extradition to Nebraska.

De Jesus Melisio-Camacho was arrested in Sioux City, Iowa, around 6 a.m. Saturday, less than an hour-and-a-half after South Sioux City police got a call from the hospital where the girl was pronounced dead. She had been taken there by family.

Authorities have not released the victim’s name or address, but said both parents and two siblings were in the house at the time of the attack.

South Sioux City Police Chief Scot Ford said Sunday he believes the girl’s family and Melisio-Camacho’s family were friends in Mexico.

Ford said authorities have little information about Melisio-Camacho’s background. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been called in to determine his legal status.

The victim’s brother, just a few years older than she, was able to provide information that helped police locate the suspect quickly.

“The perp broke into the house, sexually assaulted the child by raping and sodomizing her and then the child was killed. We believe by suffocation,” Ford said.

Ford said the attacker apparently entered through a window that was malfunctioning so as to have made little noise. Police described the home as a small house with at least two bedrooms.

Her mother discovered the attack around 5 a.m., when she awoke to care for a months-old baby girl.

Ford said a police officer had stopped Melisio-Camacho near the home at 3:45 a.m. Saturday but let him go, unaware of the crime. That contact later helped police put the suspect in the area around when they believe the crime occurred, between 1 and 3:30 a.m.

Melisio-Camacho, who was living with several other men, is charged with first-degree murder, sexual assault and burglary.

Melisio-Camacho is being held in Woodbury County, Iowa.

Ford said he didn’t know of a motive for the crime.

“What kind of motive can you have for that kind of crime other than mental depravity, predatory activity?” Ford said.

Common sense and hard justice are considered as a disposable relic by many of the fortunate who are greatly insulated from the cruel realities of life, but the lack of it proved fatal to the poor innocent little girl.

There is no acceptable excuse for this type of behavior. Even animals treat other animals better than this. There’s no reported animal attempts to rape other species and then sodomize and smother them.

This man and his ilk are not animals, they are beings below animals. Even slugs and roaches don’t act as he did.

The time between trial’s end and execution for this poorest excuse for a man should not exceed eight days.

Illegal aliens need to be treated the same as illegal firearms. They need to get the Illegals off the streets and target the dealers and accomplices.

If a cop pulled you over at night and saw a gun, it is likely he would try to determine the legal status of your firearm.

If a cop pulls you over at night and suspects you might be an illegal alien, he should determine your legal status before letting you go.

It’s a good thing we’re not “racist”, and let anyone who can sneak across come over the border. Our liberal friends are lame.

Here is the low-life, degenerate, on-his-way-to-hell, POS in case any were wondering what he looked like:

Notice they didn’t give the name of the victim’s family. They “knew” the perp in Mexico? They are probably also illegals.

Wonder what Mexican authorities would have done to this murdering pervert if he and the family had stayed where they belonged?

At least Nebraska still has a death penalty and continues to use the electric chair. I would expect this guy’s conviction for capital murder to come very quickly. Sadly his execution will be delayed for years by appeals.

Execution is too good for this bastard! He needs to be tortured. If there was ever a good reason for torture, these kinds of crimes fit.

Check this one wolfcreek. It seems it’s always the same...these sick twisted freaks have criminal records and are just allowed to stay free and destroy everyone around them.

http://www.kget.com/news/local/story/CPS-Blinded-boy-attack-could-not-have-been/3NPtnByHeU-eUvdJGpCysw.cspx

Even though the father had a lengthy criminal record, there was nothing the county could have done to protect a little boy whose father bit out his eyes, the head of Kern County Department of Human Services said Tuesday morning.

DHS Director Pat Cheadle was preparing to brief the Board of Supervisors on what happened to 4-year-old Angelo Mendoza Jr.

Police said the boy’s father bit him on the face April 28. One eye was damaged beyond repair, police said, and the other was gone — it could not be found, and police believe the father ate it.

‘’My Daddy ate my eyes,’’ the boy told a detective.

Police arrested Angelo Mendez Sr., 34, who has a long criminal record. He has been charged in more than 20 cases and pleaded no contest three years ago to child endangerment.

Probably ain’t legal, but we’d probably save time, effort, and lives if we’d summarily, permanently ban all named Jesus or Mohammed from the country.

“At least Nebraska still has a death penalty and continues to use the electric chair.”

That’s just for US citizens. We don’t execute Mexico’s citizens....can’t have them ticked off, don’t ya know.

This bastard, on being found guilty after a fair trial, needs to be summarily executed. Give him one week for appeals...no more.

Anyone who would do this does not deserve to draw the same air the rest of us draw. Irrespective of his mental state. I say he is too deranged to remain alive...can never be rehabilitated, would never want to try in any case, and is not worth our tax monies to maintain more than the short duration between conviction and execution.

Big tall tree, short stiff rope.

Would you kindly bring me up to date on informing juries of their rights. I’m out of the loop on this.

Unaware of the crime? How about his immigration status? Did he have identification?

Actually we do NOT have the electric chair anymore, It was ruled unconstitutional in the last few years. However, we will have "lethal injections". So, I suppose there is a chance he could get that.....but don't hold your breath....
