that’s one reason we have mods - to delete ignorant posts that can embarrass FR

Dear Mods

Please ignore the above silly comment. If BOR starts running this website America is doomed. Carry on.

I caught it. I am not a fan of o'Reilly ... he is too much like my fairly opinionated and never wrong Irish uncles.

The comment attributed to FR, which he also interjected "is one of the worst in {what seemed to be) hate speech.
If this was stated ... "shorter lived because of diabetes", on FR, it is ugly and shameful.

Disagree with the wrongness of the liberal bent -- wishing someone a shorter life is not conservative, it is hateful!

Can't remember if the same was stated on "Hot Air", but I think so.

Her diabetes was also mentioned as a negative life shortener on some leftist sites.

I take that part about our being the worst back -- he did say the Daily Kos was the worst.

BOR is getting nutty just in his reasoning sometimes I think. Maybe Beck is making him crazy or something. BOR has been going on and on and on about how the Republicans will never have anything again unless they loosen up and get all cozy and inclusive and all commie feelie, and THEN in the next breath he says that Cheney is coming UP in his popularity because HE IS STANDING TOUGH and directly confronting Bam Bam. I dont get it.

Oh’Really has chapped my @$$ for the last year or so and as much as I hate to see Olberfagg’s market share gain I’m refusing to watch the moron BOR on Fox. However I’ll try occasionally to catch Dennis Miller.

Screw him.

It pales in comparison what they said about Cheney’s heart condition.

Politics is tough, wear a helmet.

I saw Orielly flapping his gums.
Fair and balanced, to me, means supporting the truth and stand up for what is right. He doesn't do this nearly enough imho

I saw it and I didn’t think he was bashing FR. He took the post out of context that’s for sure. Like hundreds of posts it was a tongue-in-cheek take off on what a liberal has already said. In this case I believe the poster was echoing Wanda Sykes ‘joke’ about Rush Limbaugh having kidney failure. 0bama thought that was hilarious.

Yea, it was discussed on FR when it happened.

All the sordid details, until he pulled a Michael Jackson and paid the hush money.

IMO that’s why he hates us so much.

Yep. Remember this little tidbit uttered by uber lib Julianne Malveaux back in 1994?

On November 4, 1994, Malveaux famously stated of Supreme Court Justice Thomas: "I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early like many black men do, of heart disease....He is an absolutely reprehensible person."

I'm posting this on every O'Reilly thread I can find, so maybe Bill will read it and get the message.

To Bill O'Reilly"

Have you read FR's disclaimer, Bill? Let me show you an excerpt from FR's disclaimer:

"Opinions expressed on Free Republic are those of the individual posters and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Free Republic or its operators.

"Free Republic does not advocate or condone racism, violence, rebellion, secession, or an overthrow of the government. Free Republic advocates a return to constitutionally limited government, reserving all government powers not expressly delegated by the constitution to the United States to the States respectively, or the people, emphasizing sovereign state governments, local government, self-government and self-rule, while restricting government powers to only those enumerated in the constitution and maximizing individual rights and liberty as originally envisioned and established by our Founding Fathers and secured and defended by the blood of patriots and statesmen for over two hundred years."

Get that, Bill? We, the majority of Freepers, oppose Sonia Sotomayor not because of her ethnicity, background, or sex - that's is a ruse being used by Obama, the left, and the useful idiots on the right to obfuscate the real issue at hand, which is that Sonia Sotomayor isn't fit to sit on the Supreme Court due to her lack of judicial qualifications.

She is an advocate for a leftist social agenda, and she has publicly said that she considers her role as a jurist not as an impartial arbiter of the law but as a vehicle to make policy. The opposition to her nomination on FR, for the most part, is based on her disregard for the Constitution and the principled rule of law. It is the same disregard Obama has shown for the Constitution and the Founding Fathers. Do your homework, Bill, do some research.

Where were you during the lynching of Miguel Estrada, Alberto Gonzalez, and Clarence Thomas by the Democrats and the liberal media? How come at the time, no one was particularly concerned about the liberals offending blacks and Hispanics?

You picked one comment by one individual to trash a conservative website with thousands of members!

The opposition to Sonia Sotomayor on FR isn't based on race, sex, her background, and other non substantive matters, but based on concerns for her liberal, activist world view, and also because of the fact that she has been overturned by the Supreme Court over 60% of the time in cases that reached the court, and was even reprimanded in writing by a Clinton appointee for lacking constitutional standing for a decision.

For Obama and his lackeys, growing up poor and somehow making it to Yale or Harvard makes a "compelling story." Big deal! Being a Hispanic or black is a "compelling story," and being a community organizer or a community thug is a "compelling story," too. The media hacks salivate at this notion, instead of doing an honest research and finding out the facts. Instead, commentators like Bill O'Reilly take one post out of thousands on a conservative forum to make their point. Dreadful!

Hmmm. Wonder what Mr. O'Really would say about this?

All the Rage--Wanda Sykes’ death wish is but the latest exhibit of leftist bloodlust. (FrontPageMagazine.com May 13, 2009 Ben Johnson)

Perhaps the line got so much applause because so many in the “mainstream” media have expressed similar sentiments about conservatives. NPR’s Nina Totenberg, who covers politics at taxpayer expense, wished Sen. Jesse Helms would contract AIDS. (He instead suffered from vascular dementia.) Totenberg later publicly hoped Gen. Jerry Boykin would find he “is not long for this world.” Columnist Julianne Malveaux proposed this nutrition plan for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas: “I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter, and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease.”

What's more Ted Kennedy and others targeted Alberto Gonzalez and other nominees BECAUSE they were hispanic.

Miss Sotomayor’s ethnicity has nothing to do with our opposition. Read my tagline.

Newscorp executives endorsed John Kerry in 2004 and Murdoch gave to Hillary’s senate campaign.

Just because Fox News is to the right of CNN doesn’t make them conservative.

It’s not the right leaning / left leaning / neutral status of the network. It is that the network is in the business of airing sensationalistic drek. This makes it unwatchable.
