Chimps made honorary citizens of Wash. town

Cle Elum's City Council took a few minutes for monkey business.

Or, more accurately, chimp business.

Tuesday night, the council voted to designate seven chimpanzees at a Cle Elum-area sanctuary as honorary citizens of the central Washington town

Its really small. I think it has a bar, an RV park, some lakes and a general store. Cle Elum, Easton, and Hyak get incredible snow in winter.

I’d live there if I could telecommute.

If you ever watched “Northern Exposure” the little town of Roslyn is where they filmed part of it. The tavern with the moose on the side of the building is in Roslyn.
