that’s the funny thing, they aren’t clueles.... There is a certain percentage of American Jews that do not like Israel and want to see it dismantled. Some very religious orthodox Jews believe this. Then you have the very leftist type of Jew who thinks that you can have peace with the Arabs.
That certain percentage of American Jews that do not like Israel are those nomimal Jews seldom go to temple, rarely if ever observe the dietary laws (I worked with a woman who put ham on a Matzo during Passover). Israel and religious Jews are just a bother to them. In the last Presidential election, many Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn, New York voted for McCain/Palin and not for Obama.
