In the last few days, we've had John Ensign (who was contemplating a presidential run in 2012), and Mark Sanford (who has been suggested as a presidential contender), both take themselves out of contention, in the same way.

I think it's a safe bet that we won't get this kind of surprise from Sarah Palin. I wonder what Huckabee's got in store for us.

I am flabbergasted that in 2009, a Governor would send and receive emails like this from/to ANY of his email addresses, never mind his government email address. Sanford should resign immediately. His judgment is as poor as his character.
