South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford’s Argentine mistress has been identified as Marie Belen Shapur. According to reports, Shapur works for Bunge y Born, a multinational agribusiness and grain trading corporation. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Chinese.
Shapur, 43, has two sons and lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She knew Sanford for 7 years before they began their year-long affair.
In a press conference held yesterday, Sanford admitted he cheated on his wife of 20-years, Jenny Sanford, with a woman who was initially only a “dear friend.” He did not identify the woman.
Beaver has been the downfall of many.
She doesn’t look 43.
I see a new campaign slogan... “Mark Sanford: terrible decision-making, exquisite taste.”
Well, at least she turned out to be hot. Not hot enough to blow your whole career over, but up there.

Guess he figured the his odds of nailin’ a hot Argentine beauty were steeper than becoming President - so he took his shot.
If Governor Sanford is really in love with this woman(see emails), he should stick up for her and not let the media drag her out in the open without him at her side. Who knows, maybe the voters of SC will like seeing something like that.

I know I'm not helping, but the not-guilty's are doing her a disservice.
