Ummm... Let’s have a paternity test.... Who’s your daddy?
I doubt those kids have any biological relationship to the Jackson family.

The Jacksons already raised one generation of screwed up, self obsessed, greedy self mutilating (plastic surgery) kids, who can’t handle finances. I don’t think Katherine should get another chance.
At 79, she may not live long enough to see them to adulthood.

"We can only hope that the Court appoints an attorney for each child." I don't know about California, but in my state of Ohio, a guardian ad litem is very commonly appointed when a person dies in testate, or has a will that doesn't address custody issues. And I agree, each child needs to have their own, especially given this freak show circus that's about to play out.

Well, they are just children so let’s hope they make it. God bless them.
To: JoeProBono
Someone should free those kids. Being born into bondage is horrible.

Where are the race pimps demanding that the children’s race and culture be maintained in the custody decision. Shouldn’t the kids go to a “white” family?
To: JoeProBono
So after reading for years that Jackson’s father abused all the kids and they all ended up messed up in the head (platic surgeries, a Muslim, pornography etc...) MJ’s kids are ending up in the hands of Joe Jackson again?

...a guardian ad litem is very commonly appointed...In Texas the ad litem is most likely a heavy contributor the the judge and may or may not do anything to represent the child except present bills for "services."

I would guess the weirdo would have a will....and she was designated hitter...
Time for some DNA testing....I just don't believe these are his kids...
To: passionfruit
I was glad to hear the mother doesn't live with Joe anymore. She was probably abused just like the Jackson kids.
Joe Jackson is already hawking a record label. Somebody should tell him he can't get $$$$ until after debts are paid.

Call the New York Times - they would love an "outrage" stroy ( just kidding - they're so biased they won't be able to see that the children are white)

To: JoeProBono
In each picture, the children have sad and distrustful eyes. I can't reasonably see any hope for them in the circus to come. The photo in another article of Al Sharpton and Joe Jackson said it all to me. The kids will remain in bondage.

In my opinion, the most entrenched corruption in our justice system can be found in the family law courts. From what I've heard, I don't know if Ohio is any better than Texas.

I doubt those kids have any biological relationship to the Jackson family. Right, but they do have a legal (and moral) relationship. They have been recognized as MJ's children, and that's not going to change, regardless of biological connections.

"Supposedly the will is to be read soon." That's interesting. I had read this morning that Jackson's mother had filed testate paperwork in probate court this morning. I believe they had indicated there wasn't a will.
This should get interesting. With all these hanger-ons, I wouldn't be surprised if several "wills" surface before this is all said and done.

I don’t have a problem with this as long as she keeps them away from her husband. As to her being 79, they’ll probably be looked after by nannies anyway.

Honestly, I thought his second kid being named Blanket was a South Park created joke until I read the obit.
They should give the kids to Joe Jackson. No, the OTHER Joe Jackson.

She doesn’t? Well, that’s something at least. Still don’t think those children should be anywhere near that family after how they screwed up their own kids. But better her then Joe. that man should never be allowed near any human being.
To: Soul Seeker
Some talking head said the Jackson parents don't live together....when talking about her having temp custody. I hope it's true...for their sake.
We can only imagine how screwed up those poor little kids are already. It stands to reason that they have never been around other children...among the many other abnormalities.

IIRC it was mentioned yesterday that there were several cousins about the same age....My concern is the influence the NoI nanny has had on the children and if grandma will make sure she is replaced and kept far away from them.
Jermaine is responsible for getting MJJ involved with the group which provided him with body guards, business manager, nanny and doctors. The religion of peace took over his life piece by piece.
I'm hoping since JJ and Al have been supporting the family and and are helping to plan services. There is no sign of Louis F. being involved.

There was some mention yesterday that NoI might own the house he was renting.

Read that in one place and in another that they had considerably augmented the amount of rent.
Just hope they don’t show up with a will that leaves everything to them.
I’ve been trying to find out if the doctor that was with him at his death was a member of NoI.
Thought it was convenient that the nanny with connections and the businessman/doctor with connections were both “out of town”.
