Hey the daily show just did a skit implying that Obama is a pompous elitist and is not paying attention to real issues that actually matter.
Apparently Obama reads Urdu poetry while Rome burns.
The skit ends with Jon yelling, "Just Fix the Economy!!"
Even the farout Libs and MSM are starting to get-it.

I try not to watch television. Its a cesspool. The channels I do watch is Fox News,History Channel and the Discovery Channel.
What do you mean the far out libs are starting to get it. They mean that he is elitist and is not given enough handouts. They want him to be MORE liberal.

This is still premature. It will be true, but not just yet.
There’s still a LOT of folks that haven’t come to grips with their own culpability in electing this guy. Oh, they’ll sing his praises along with press, but eventually it will be the elephant in the room and difficult to ignore. That’s when a small number of Dems and the independents will say “enough”. That’s when the ship will take on a lot of water. Most folks are slow to admit their mistakes. It’s a reflection on themselves, and they’re slow to admit they screwed up if at all.
But as of now, his ship is still riding pretty high, considering the damage it’s recently done.
Those are my identical viewing habits, when I DO watch TV. I also switch over to Comedy Central on Wed. nights to watch Southpark, and during football season, I'll watch the games. That's about it. 98% of what's on TV is so dumbed down, it's unbearable.

John seeks ratings because his paycheck depends on them. And this is just the begining. Your starting to see others getting burned who blindly backed him like Helen Thomas.
Now that Obama’s been elected and everyone can now see how completely out of his league he is, the cracks are starting to form in the liberal MSM. He’s an empty suit who was elected president because of the color of his skin, not his character, and no amount of liberal bias is going to be able to hide it longterm. The more they continue to worship him like some deity, the more absurb they are going to appear. Many of these morons truely bought into the hopey/changy thing and set themselves up for a massive disappointment. Good. Maybe they’ll learn to vote based on character, rather than skin and false promises next time. But I’m not counting on it.

I lived in Cleveland at the time the Sam Sheppard case (the case on which :The Fugative” was based) unfolded. The guy was a philandering heel but didn’t kill his wife and got TOTALLY screwed over — and convicted — by the Cleveland Press.

John lives in Manhattan most of the time and the tax raises he’s getting nailed with are probably waking him up a bit since they will be targeting the rich the most.
These liberals are always for higher taxes, until it actually hits their income. They always expect the working class to take the hit, not them.
So now John wants Obama to fix it for him now that more of his paycheck is being seized? Good luck John. You voted for all these dems, now deal with it.
They'll never publicly admit their own culpability. Nor, if history is any guide, will there be a need for them to do so.
Obama's popularity seems to me to be more along the line of Britney Spears' or some other Tabloid Cover Queen, than that of, say, Ronald Reagan's. IOW, it's based on media-fueled celebrity, rather than any solid accomplishments or abilities. He's riding high on people's emotions; and at some point those emotions become unsustainable in the face of reality (which Obama is piling on at an amazing and horrifying rate).
At that point, the media fascination changes from adulation to merciless coverage of the train wreck.
And as for Obama's alleged glamour queen wife ... well that's so clearly made up that she'll probably lead the fall.

I loved an interview I recently saw with Coulter & Hannity...one of her final statements was, and I’m paraphrasing so as not to screw up her quote. With regard to the young, hapless idiots that voted this a$$hole into office... she said “How do you like this HIP economy from this HIP president you voted in because you think he’s HIP?”
I laughed because she was referencing how many college students have had to cancel their european summer vacations to stay at home and work flipping burgers.
Even Comedy Channel is garbage. Television is one gigantic cesspool. Except for the History Channel,Disovery Channel and Fox News.
Ironically, the economy will fix itself if government - - and especially Ubama and the rats - - just get out of the way and leave it alone.

What fasinated me is that it was very GW like.
The exact same skit could have been done a year ago about Bush.
