"The phone rang at Neverland and it was crunch time for Michael Jackson as he was told the jury had reached their verdicts in his child molestation trial.
Calmly, the entire Jackson clan climbed into cars for the 30-minute drive to Santa Maria. Jackson was in a black Cadillac Escalade SUV, accompanied by mum Katherine and dad Joe.
Not long into the journey, he leaned over and whispered in Katherines ear.
If this doesnt go right, take care of my kids, he pleaded. Make sure my kids are fine. It was the first time the King of Pop had openly acknowledged that he could be going to jail.
But less than three hours later, he was back home a free man after being cleared of all charges. For Michaels brother Tito, the not guilty verdicts came as no surprise.
Asked if he ever doubted the singers innocence, Tito told the Mirror: Not one time, not for one single moment. I knew exactly what was going on, what people were playing at, planning.
A few of the brothers knew what was happening. Its a wicked world out there.
The whole thing was totally motivated by greed and money.......
Rather than face a potentially embarrassing courtroom showdown, Michael paid off his young accuser. Tito reckons it was the biggest mistake of his life. How about continuing to sleep with little boys in his bed after having been accused of sexual assault?
How about doing it at all, in the first place?
Weren't those bigger mistakes?
I always figured they dropped him on his head at birth, and bent something vital!
His grandfathers original name was Prince Albert Screws
laster changed to Scruse.
Maybe that was an omen.
Michael “ruined” a number of young boys as well!
It’s ironic to think that if he’d been found guilty and gone go jail, he would probably be alive today (assuming he couldn’t get drugs in jail).
I myself thought he was guilty of this when I heard he slept around with young boys, but now I have no doubt I believe he was innocent. His mistake was that he had a Heart of a Child. Michael was a boy in a man’s body. His sleep overs made him expose to extortion. If he was a pedophile like many say he is. It wouldn’t stop with 2. Thousands of children have pass thru Neverland and many boys { rarely girls did to} have stay over Jackson’s bedroom. All of them would have reported that they were molested. Regarding the payout, Michael didn’t want to do that. Sony and the insurance company pressured him. The insurance company went ahead and negotiated with one of the parents for a settlement.
One kid his parents had a history of extortions on other celbrities. Jay Leno had to testify.
The other kid, there was a tape of the father saying he would be rich due to Michael. He was asking for $20 million, the insurance $500,000, the father asked for $18 million, so it was a back and forth situation. Once the father got the money they ran as the DA was requesting for them to return so the kid can testify.
Also the kid that described Michael’s penis. He said it had blotches and was circumcised, when Michael was not.
If I were these parents and found my kid was molested I would fight to make sure the perp was in jail. Instead it was “show me the money”.
The biggest mistake Michael did was having an Heart for kids.
I can say when a child make an accusation it should always be taken seriously. However there are times that a child may have been coached. Why? I personally know a man that was accused of molesting a little girl, and people hated him because the little girl said he did it. Only to have the little girl recant her story and state that this man didn’t molest her but her FATHER. Now this man was found innocent but still had the reputation as a child molester. It was found later the father was try to extort money from the man.
I have no doubt that Michael was scarred and his reputation ruined that he lost his spirit. Now he found his peace, which he couldn’t get on Earth.
“How about continuing to sleep with little boys in his bed after having been accused of sexual assault?
How about doing it at all, in the first place?
Weren’t those bigger mistakes?”
I would encourage you to read Patriot Babe’s post #7. It explains it as well as I could. The media created a predatory monster and tragically, for MJ, the general public bought it.
bttt
Michael all be said he was guilty when he said he shared his bed with children.
I remember when LaToya did that. She later recanted claiming her husband had put her up to it. I think, for LaToya, it’s just whatever gets her even the smallest bit of media attention...i.e., while it’s probably true that someone will be held responsible for MJ’s death...it’s only LaToya/murder (and Joe/foulplay) in the media.
I totally agree. Michael had a boys mind and had bad advice and was circumvented by the other parties. I don’t believe for a second he molested anyone but as an adult he had lousy judgement. We judged him as an adult and he never could see that.
And I encourage you to read post #11.
I’ve read it...the post reads:
“Michael all be said he was guilty when he said he shared his bed with children.”
I know it’s difficult to understand how “sharing” a bed could be non-sexual, but that’s exactly what MJ stated. It is known for certain that MJ also shared his bed with Mac Calkin, Calkin’s sisters, Wade Robson, his sister Chantal Robson, and Brett Barnes. Calkin, Robson, and Barnes all testified in court that they did SHARE a bed with Michael Jackson when they were children and that nothing sexual ever took place. Wade Robson even testified that when MJ visited the Robsons apartment, Wade slept in the same bed as MJ...a futon in the Robson living room.
Logically, how could a child molester admit to sharing his bed with so many children and expect to get away with it? Just doesn’t make sense. My understanding is that MJ was just like a big kid. His room was like a suite of rooms, several bathrooms, all kinds of tvs and games...its been described by Mac as more like a pajama party/sleepover. In fact, sometimes Robson and his sisters, as well as Mac and his sisters, all slept in MJs bed at the same time.
Sometimes things aren’t as they appear. I’ll bet these friends of MJ’s were horrified to think that people saw their relationship as anything but innocent.
MJ was just like a big kidExcept that he had an adult penis. You'll never convince me he didn't use it.
- Paying $20 million to make one homosexual molestation charge go away = GUILTY
- An adult man admitting to sleeping with many little boys = GUILTY
- Giving children alcohol (Jesus Juice) to help make the molesting easier = GUILTY
- Keeping multiple locks and alarms on his bedroom door for privacy = GUILTY
Just like OJ was found not guilty in a legal trial does not mean he was innocent of the charges. Ditto the child molester.
There is a special place in hell for homosexual monsters like Jackson that preyed upon little boys...
And who knows how many others he paid off that we never heard about. He may have had a regular slush fund to purchase “parental approval”.
You have no proof of your allegations, therefore, you believe what you choose to believe.
Question for you, Kimberly - did OJ murder 2 innocent white people?
“did OJ murder 2 innocent white people?”
I don’t know...and unless you have proof, neither do you. Like I said, you believe what you choose to believe.
“There is a special place in hell for homosexual monsters like Jackson that preyed upon little boys..”
and there’s always the possibility that he’ll be in heaven, sharing eternal life beside you.
As long as he’s not behind me.
Since you refuse to acknowledge OJ murdering 2 innocent white people, I can understand you denying MJ's homosexual child molesting.
I'm not perfect but I have a better chance for eternal life with Christ than a murderer like OJ or a homosexual child molester like MJ.
Can you provide the verse in the bible that allows a murderer or child rapist to ascend to heaven unless they repent of their heinous acts?
We all now understand you and your type.
“Can you provide the verse in the bible that allows a murderer or child rapist to ascend to heaven unless they repent of their heinous acts?”
I’ll leave you to your hate and I do so with the pleasure of your never knowing for certain who has repented and who has not.
Good luck with that and your commie messiah. Good Bye.
Kimberly,
I’m not going to say anymore about Michael Jackson. As far as our discussion goes, you get the last word on the subject. I’m not going to add any more to that conversation.
I do want to give you what I consider honest advice, however, for the future, for your future, as someone who obviously likes to discuss issues in forums like this.
My advice is this:
If you really have doubts that OJ murdered those two people I respectfully advise you to keep those doubts to yourself. Expressing doubt on that subject will only weaken any other argument you have, on any other subject.
Sincerely,
Sam
I can’t believe your so vicious like that. I have no doubt that Michael is in Heaven. In his old glory self originally like he should have looked with no emotional nor physically pain.
I can’t believe even after his death the media and individuals are still attacking him, when he no longer can defend himself.
I have no idea if he is in heaven or not. It’s not given to me or you to know such things. He very well may have repented before he died, in which case all that he did would be forgiven (as I understand it).
It’s hard to imagine where he would get the time to repent as he was getting injected with Demerol twice a day and taking a daily truck-load of pills.
But he could have. He could have somehow slipped in a lucid moment, repented, and then gone back into his 24/7 drug stupor.
Anything’s possible. Who am I to say? Or you?
But whether or not he’s in heaven isn’t the question here, is it? You know what the question is. And you and I have a different idea what the answer is.
Let me ask you this. If you believed in your heart of hearts that he was a child molester — a life-long child-molester — would you be so eager to defend him now?
Well yes, I would not defend him and find him guilty of that if I thought with my Heart, but I don’t.
I think with my Brain and by following the case and finding that these 2 boys were coached by their parents to suck money out of Michael - that’s it.
I don’t base my opinion on the accusations made by those two boys.
Your understanding of justice seems very twisted. Since when someone can be guilty of “Keeping multiple locks and alarms on his bedroom door for privacy”?
Some fact checks on your other accusations:
Paying settlement doesn’t mean guilty. People keep ignoring the fact that innocent people also do that to get out of legal mess.
MJ never admitted to have slept with individual boy in the same bed. He had admitted to slept in the same room with boys, but not on the same bed. He had admitted sleeping in the same bed with many children. And for those of you who have trouble sleeping with someone of the same sex in the same room without having sex with him/her, you got to realize that it’s probably your own problem. MJ never admitted having sex with boys.
The accusation of MJ giving alcohol to children is false according to this story:
http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/17/jackson.trial/index.html
When people start to compare OJ’s case to MJ’s case, they need to consider the following:
In OJ’s case, the prosecutor had conclusive evidence such as DNA evidence. But in MJ’s case, the prosecutor hardly had any real evidence. That’s why they have to try manipulate the jury into believing that the book “Boys will be boys” appeals to ‘prurient interests’ (the following is a link to the book. Judge for yourself
http://www.harvesthousepublishers.com/books_giftbook.cfm?productID=6913122)
Actually, OJ’s case illustrated that when a case goes to the jury, anything can happen. That’s part of the reason that MJ’s legal team decided to settle the 1993 case instead of having it go to the jury. MJ had too much to lose and the Chandler’s had every thing to gain.
Now go back to your NAMBLA buddies!
I take it as that you are unable to talk sense and reason, but can only make judgmental statements about people who pointed out your false accusations and ridiculous remarks (like someone’s guilty of putting security on their bedroom door).
