the four steps are demoralization, destabilization, crisis, and normalization.
demoralization involves destroying the moral fiber of a nation. This is done by a variety of ways: a gradual degradation of educational standards while simultaneously introducing ideas favorable to marxism-lenninism, destroying the respect that a nation has for her armed forces, and by dividing the country by rephrasing normally untenable political ideas in a favorable language (like calling abortion a ‘choice’).
Destabilization is basically a stepping up of the psychological warfare. By now, the infiltration extends to many parts of government, and the destabilizing agents can work more openly. The economy is deliberately destroyed by the government encouraging failure (familiar?), and the military is defanged.
Crisis is a moment when something bad happens that the marxist-leninists can take advantage of. At this point, the government abandons all pretense of believing in individual liberties, and takes control to ‘help’.
Normalization is when the crisis conditions are declared to be the normal conditions. Martial law continues, and people spend their entire lives controlled by the government.
