OK sorry for the vanity, but I'm darn frustrated at what I just saw on my favorite channel - FNC.
I've been a daily, loyal viewer since they came online and first begin their uphill struggle against then-dominant CNN. No fair weather viewer here. When I'm not watching FNC, usually I've got Fox Business Channel in the background. So it takes a lot for Fox to tee me off like this. But I'm plenty teed off:
(Embarrasingly obvious) Republican 2012 candidate wannabe Mike Huckabee, is filling in for BOR today.
So far so good. Huckabee works for Fox, fair and square. But he leads his guest spot with - a smear at Sarah Palin!
How does the (embarrasingly obvious) Hucakabee start the show? Taking note of the weekend Governor Palin decides to change direction - starting this weekend - to narrate she is "losing popularity".

You are a silly man.. I supported McCain and Palin, enjoyed supporting Sarah, but supported McCain because he was all we had. Romney was way out of the picture when Sarah Palin came on the scene.. I am tired of all this irrational emotionalism you silly people spew out about Romney. Romney had nothing to do with Sarah Palins efforts to win the Vice Presidency, as I remember it.. Sarah seem to lose support in the McCain camp first. And now Poor Sarah quit her Governor's Job, because she is weak, I hated to hear it. But that is just the way it is.. just like the fact that McCain was just too damn Old to win the Presidency.
Maybe just maybe it is Sarah's fault that she lost her footing on the National Political stage when she quit her Governorship, and AH's like Huckabee get jobs on News programs to spew their stupidness. I do not know what Huckabee spews..as I quit listening to TV News. but I know it is all horse manure.

My take is that Mitt Romney’s people saw Sarah Palin as an existential threat to his political future the day McCain nominated her - and immediately attacked.
In effect, allying themselves with Obama.

Huckabee loves today’s ABC / Washington Post poll showing him to be leading the GOP primary. If electability is an issue, then Huckabee would be a contender. Earlier this week, Public Policy Polling showed Huckabee to be the best candidate to challenge Obama.

You are an idiot, I did support Romney, up until he dropped out of the race, I never supported Huckabee I did support Sarah after McCain selected her for VP nomination, and this thread was not about Romney running for President it was about Huckabee and Palin. YOu do not seem to focus too well. It really would help if you would focus, and stop being such and irrational emotionaly groupie for Sarah Palin. I am really sick of it, that is how we lost to Obama. Think about it.. Sarah is just a girl after all, who left the Governoship for personal reason.. to take care of her family and her bills, instead of toughing out her commitment to those who voted for her as Gov of Alaska. Rasmussen has Palin at -6. PPP has Palin at -8. Margin of error.
Each month, PPP does these 2012 match ups. Huckabee consistently performs the best of the GOP field. People see Huckabee as an affable and honest man. The whole anti-Mormon smear by Huckabee is just propaganda by the Romney camp.
