It’s been unbeliveably cold here. I can’t tell you how many mornings I had to put a sweatshirt on and turn off the fans.

This is the first July on record that Louisville, KY has not recorded a temperature of 90 degrees. In fact, onlt one temperature of 90 was recorded for the entire state (91 degrees in Bowling Green).
“Preliminary” or “early” numbers to what? How much more will we know at any point in the future about July 2009 Iowa temperatures than we know today?
88 here today and warmer this week.
But July was simply awesome. Everyday was like being at a resort.
Hopefully no early frost so the crops mature; they are behind a bit.
