PBS chief Paula Kerger (KUR'-gur) says budget numbers tell the tale of how public TV is faring under the Obama administration, compared to that of former President George W. Bush.

You know what? I GAVE to PBS years ago (yes, I admit it) until they couldn’t decide to ‘stay on the air’. The station cuts out ALL THE DAMNED TIME!!!!!! (TO THIS DAY!!!) I remember trying to record a Ken Burns documentary on the Civil War. Disaster. Had to wait a couple of years to see the damned thing in full.

These are donors who look to control the idiots who watch the crap they broadcast. A lot of the Republicans don't want to offend their corporate sponsors. In essence, both parties will screw the individual for their own interests.
Doesn’t PBS get enough dough from all the merchandise it sells? DVDs of all their shows, Sesame Street stuff, even PBS-branded coffee...
You would think so.
PBS is like the NEA we need more money to brainwash you.
