California attorney Orly Taitz filed a motion last Friday in the United States District Court, for the Central District of California, requesting authentification of a document purporting to be a copy of the original Kenyan birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, II, who was born at Mombassa’s Coast General Hospital on August 4, 1961.
The alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya, and was issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
Taitz's motion, filed on behalf of the 44 plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit against President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clintion, and others, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The lawsuit, claiming that Obama is not a “natural born citizen of the United States,” is challenging his constitutional eligibility to serve in the office of president. Plaintiffs include a number of military personnel, along with representatives Glenn Casada of Tennessee, Timothy Comerford of New Hampshire, Cynthia Davis of Missouri, Casey Guernsey of Missouri, Frank Niceley of Tennessee, Larry Rappaport of New Hampshire, Eric Swafford of Tennessee, former U.N. Ambassador Alan Keys, and former U.S. Senator Jerry O’Neil of Montana.

Sack him....being SecState was a “blood deal.” Better to let others pursue the “natural born” status than her camp. Then she won’t be the target of negative response by the Black community. Biden would temporarily become President until one is found to be eligible. Hopefully, the entire Democrat ticket would be disqualified and McCain/Palin would be awarded their deserving victory. The Electoral College may only have McCain/Palin to vote on.
If this is proven to be a forgery, which I suspect it is, well that won't be pretty either.
I can think of a number of people and organizations that could be behind this.

One great way to answer many questions is by Obama presenting his original long form birth certificate for the American people. What’s he hiding? Speaks for itself.
This is a simple thing to put to rest. I have a passport and a birth certificate. I can produce them at my house in a matter of minutes. I have not spent a million dollars to either acquire them...or to hide them.
This is not a unreasonable thing to ask for since being a "natural born citizen" of the US is a constitutional requirement for the job of President. It's not hateful, and it's not racist.
Proving that you are should be an honor.
Yet Obama cannot and will not produce either. Why?
The following birth certificate pupports to be from Kenya, and to be Obama's. It's getting a lot of press. Though there are a number of problems with it that indicate it is probably not authenticate, yet it looks a whole lot more authenticate than the elctronic COLB Obama made available on his web site.
The point is, this supposed document is out there and is being analyzed to death and will ultimately be certified one way or the other by experts. Obama's long form birth certificate is not...it is getting no such review. The longer it is absent, the more insistent the demands for it will become. Obama cannot hide from meeting the constitutional qualification.

It's not a birth certificate, but a "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth." That's a document obtained at a later date (in this case, Feb. 1964) by copying data off the original "Registration of Birth", with such data certified as being correct by the Kenyan official who signed it and applied an official seal. There is also a reference to the specific register book (and page number) which, according to that official, contains the original record of the birth.

I can't get a handle on exactly what constitutes a natural born citizen. Everybody has their own take on it, and the constitution doesn't define it with clarity, just says that they must be of such an age and natural born.
It seems like even the so-called experts can't reach consensus on what constitutes natural born.
The case with Orly Taitz and Lightfoot vs. Bowen at the U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, CA. looks very potent. This could be the beginning of the end of Obama’s stint in the White House.
