The Orly Taitz circus must be shut down.

First, Taitz is professionally incompetent. She is a dentist with a questionable law degree. She knows as much about law as I know about filling teeth (because she was trained in Israel, I assume she is an excellent dentist; but who knows?).

Second, most of Taitz’ conspiracy claims originate in disinformation. I don’t know who creates all of this disinformation, but I have a strong suspicion.

Third, Taitz exercises no professional discipline, and manifests professional incompetence, by filing claims and documents with courts when these claims and documents have no arguable validity.

She's strongly implied she believes the BC is valid, even going so far as to create a point-by-point defense of its flaws and post it on her blog. But the very fact that she jumped the gun and submitted it to a court instead of crowd-sourcing the doc and allowing people to test its validity will hurt her credibility. She will be known to the casual observer as the lawyer/dentist with the fake Kenyan birth certificate.

Is that fair? No. The opinion of the public is usually myopic and inaccurate. But the birther movement may be better off finding a more convincing spokesperson than defending Taitz. Taitz's reputation isn't the point, after all; digging into Obama's past is. If she's dead weight, and she very well may be at this point, she should move out of the spot light.

RS, Martin does have a brilliant side to him and yes, he is one of the original forerunners opposing BO, so he does have that in his favor. However, as far as I now, while Martin did take law classes at college, he himself has never obtained a law degree and files his suits “pro-se” ! I believe he has often referred to himself as a “attorney”, but I do not believe he actually holds that title. Plus, I REALLY dislike when people bash Orly. The poor woman has traveled half way around the globe pursuing the origin of the most arrogant and egregiously recalcitrant man alive ! I would like to encourage others to make donations to her at this time for all the labor she has put into this cause, not to mention the travel expense and time away from her family. The good side of all of this is the British officials are looking into this and this whole KBC episode at least generated some sorely needed and long overdue investigative work in Kenya. Andy Martin has been featured periodically on this website and has indeed been involved in"birther" claims. Several months ago people here were cheering him on as he travelled to Hawaii and filed one of the first lawsuits seeking release of Obama's BC.

The self-promoting way in which he did this makes Taitz look like the soul of probity.

Well like it or not two things are true. 1) Orly is a LICENSCED attorney in the state of California. That means she is a member of the bar and has passed either the California Bar or some reciprocal state’s bar exam. 2) She is allowed to argue before the supreme court of the US and not all attorneys are so blessed.

That actually doesn't look like the original document Dr Taitz posted.

It appears to be a copy made specifically to discredit the original.

The 0-bots have gone to another level of sophistication/sophistry.

A year ago, they thought it sufficed to scrub google of Obama BC images.

Recently merely "disappearing" images hasn't sufficed, they started tagging sites with the truth as having malware.

Now they are flooding the æther with phony images to cloud the issue.
