Calling all you Law and Order experts. Looking for a quote from the character Lt Anita Van Buren. It's an episode which mentions a cafe owner. This fact was mentioned to Lt Van Buren and she said something like: "Bring him in and give him a cup of our coffee." I am looking for the episode and exact quote.

It is an episode from this year because I remember her saying that. However, Season 20 episodes are not listed anywhere online yet that I can find. Even NBC only lists up to Season 18. Unless somebody with an excellent memory answers, you may not find it. Mine used to be that good, but not anymore.
