My daughter has low vitamin D due to anti-seizure medication stripping it out of her. Because of that, I started doing research into vitamin D.

I decided that all of my family would go on vitamin D supplements after I read information on it. My daughter is on the highest amount.

We’ll see if it helps any this year.

It couldn’t hurt.

So many of our youngsters spend all their time indoors nowadays and do not get enough natural Vitamin D.

Also, our teenage girls are always dieting and dropping Vit. D fortified milk from their daily intake.

Senior citizens are another group who don’t get enough D.

It’s a cheap alternative to the costs of getting the flu.
