I don't enjoy Sean's radio show. It's too predictable, and he plays the nice guy too much. Any thoughts?
That’s why Basking-Robbins offers 31 flavors.
yawn
Unless he has a good guest on, it’s very boring if you’ve listened to it for any length of time. He just repeats the same thing over and over when he’s on by himself. I don’t think he’s the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Don’t listen then.
agreed.. the first hour is all you need.
After that it is usually him giving some liberal tooooo much airtime.
Hit the nail on the head KR
Currently, Sean is okay, but I can only take about 30 minutes before his cliches put me to sleep.
Mark is my favorite!
Are you trying to bore the forum to death?
No no no, you forget that he occassionally has callers... that are used as a diving board to the same rant the last four callers got. ;o)
I still sort of like Hannity, but the repetition starts to get to me.
His show will always include: a dozen “literally”s, at least one “not pale pastels but bold colors”, and two “I’m so fat”s
I’m critiquing his show. It’s the number two talk show in the nation, and I don’t think it deserves to be.
I cracked up today. He said: “I don’t want to be repetitious..”
L0L! Oh man!
By the way, if I don’t want to listen to just crappy music, the only choice up against him is Dave Ramsey and I can’t stand that either.
No, but his show has bored me to death.
Sean set the tone and "talking points", along with Rush, for everything we already read that morning and the night before:)
I think he lacks the ability to seriously question republicans who may not be true conservatives. He challenged talking points when they come from a leftist yet he does not challenge the republican spouting conservative taling points to find out how deep their convictions are.
Sean is Rus lite....he’ll read this thread and change his approach...
“Any thoughts?”
Yes, I think you’re stupid and troll bait. Hope that helps you out with your search for thoughts..
If Beck had Hannity’s tv slot he would bury O’Reilly’s numbers.
I haven’t listened in a while, has he dropped down from 6 “beyond the pale” and 4 “unrepentent terrorist Bill Ayers”? Even when a caller was asking for concert tickets and mentioned nothing about anything?
"It's too predictable, and he plays the nice guy too much" is a critique?
Its the number two talk show in the nation, and I dont think it deserves to be.
So what?
You are so right. It should be number three.
Unbelievable.
Rus=Rush
I’m not the moron like you who is enlightened by Hannity.
I love Sean! I listen to Rush, then Sean, then Mark Levin!....then Hubby watches Hannity at night.
Just remember there may come a time when we would be BEGGING for Sean or Rush!!!! “ Fairness Doctrine”?
Just listen and give thanks!
Polly
And Sean seemed to take it seriously.
Sean has too many RINO’s like stinking McCain and probably Mitt and Newt.
At least Sean is not a slimy anti-borther like very very boring Boortz, Ingraham, Hewitt, Medved, Coulter, O’Reilly and a few others.
The good guys are Rush, Beck, Levin, Miller (he has mentioned the BC), Savage and Malztberg plus a few others who have mentioned the BC.
I prefer Michael Medved and flip the channel after Rush.
Very true. I don’t mean to insult him, as I’m sure he’s a good guy and his heart is in the right place. He just does a terrible radio show. He’d probably be good for anyone that hasn’t listened to Rush.
Mine too!
And I do love when Sean calls into Mark.
Get off the phone you big dope
Our station just started carrying Mark about 8 months ago. He is now my favorite. I’m not usually in the car much when Rush is on. Sean, he is good for sitting in the car rider line waiting on the kids to get out of school. :)
Sean Hannity is a silly twit IMHO. He just parrots whatever the latest GOP line is, without putting any real thought into it. He seems to be a nice guy, but it seems to me you get more info from his guests, than him. I would love to see him pared up with Ed Schulz as the liberal. Sean would learn a whole bunch, real fast, or Ed would eat his lunch.
parsy, who would like to see a street fight between Castro and Kim Il Jong
Hannity is a small stepping stone in the beginning of the path towards an encompassing socioeconomic and political understanding of American society.
He’s like a flickering neon sign on a dimly lit side street.
You know you’re going to get less than satisfactory service as his patron, but it’s a starting point for some.
AMEN!
I listen to Steve Malzberg over Hannity.
Thank you for waiting a whole month after joining to share this with us!!
Any less time and I’d have to think you were a troll and zot you.
Oh so you’re a BC psycho who sees the world through a carbon nanotube.
Coulter, Boortz, and Ingraham are awesome, along with Beck, Rush, Levin, and Savage.
I liked it better when it was Hannity and Colmes. The program seemed more serious and dealt with issues directly . He has too many cutsy things now, and even the American Panel is boring. Some of the guests just want a stage for themselves.
Sean is best when he leads head on with someone. He can be a pit bull at times, but it is never a bore when he has his facts down straight.
You are right. I’m a talk show junkie and I turn him off at times—too boring. I can’t stand when he has people on to have a debate—then they talk over each other.
The absolute best talk show is Quinn and Rose (although I don’t like Rose) but I love Quinn. I don’t think anyone works harder than he does, and he’s not afraid to bring up anything. His website: www.warroom.com You can check to see if he’s on in your area—in the a.m. from 6-10.
?
What?
Huzzah!
I would agree. Colmes leaving has made him soft.
During the 2004 election my brothers and I went to one of his live shows. During a commercial break I made my way to the front and was trying to snap a picture of him and every time I would get a shot somebody would walk in front of him. He noticed, got up and called me over and had one of the staffers take a picture of us together so I'm a fan just because I think he is a hell of a guy.
Never heard of him. Who is he?
parsy, whose car radio is currently dead
Sean essentially campaigned for Schwarzennegger in Calif; he campaigned for Rudy. A republican from NY is not the same as a republican from say, Texas.
