The all men are liars stereotype is big business. There are blogs, books, TV and radio shows all aimed at helping women find out when a man is lying.
Over at AskMen.com we publish articles like: Reasons to tell her youve cheated. We also put the boot on the other foot with: How to tell if your lady is lying.
Because it seems we all lie in fact a recent US study found its an essential part of who we are as social beings....

“All women are psycho”
Ofcourse you know how to tell if a man is lying....his lips are moving.
Is lying ever okay?
No.
Only the liberal ones.
I do not think lying is okay under any circumstances.
I believe it is far better to always tell the truth and suffer the consequences and take personal responsibility for ones actions.
I have lied in the past true enough but now that I am much much older the reasons for lying are all but gone. As a senior, I like being able to speak my mind and whether that means occasionally using some improper language or words or making myself a nuisance in the advance for truth, then so be it.
I might stretch the truth at times...but not really a liar..;o)
Even to the "do these jeans make my ass look fat ?" question???
Men tell the truth and big business is lying.....trust me, I'm speaking the honest to God truth. ; )
All PEOPLE lie.
No.
Honey, I like your tote bag and what is it that you did with your hair?
It looks so good.
Define: “Lying”
Women never lie -
About their age
their shoe size
whether they did or did not have an organism
about the first time they had sex
if they think the neighbor is good looking
or if the guy at work is handsome
- only men lie.
All I have to say is BS. There is plenty going around and sex of an individual does not determine “Squat”.

LOL!
Its not a matter of lying, dishonesty or their stereotypes, they cant handle the truth! Just look around the world, of all the problems, the only thing they are concerned with is how uncomfortable they are in America.
No I much prefer the Rodney Dangerfield, Sam Kinison and Al Bundy answer to the question “Do these pants make me look too fat?” Their answer: “It’s not the dress that makes you look fat, it’s THE FAT THAT MAKES YOU LOOK FAT.” Then duck.
Ohhh...is that what they call it now!?...LOL!
When I was first dating the future Mrs. IrishCatholic, I lied my butt off. I could cook and taught myself Chinese cooking in college and was quite skilled in the kitchen.
My wife-to-be could burn water, make me wish for a stomach pump, and I still tell the story of the very first time she cooked dinner for me and the steak that was destroyed.
Now, all these years later, she cooks better than me and won’t let me use the smoker or the grill. I still get to bake.
If I had told her the truth in the beginning I would have been rude, a cad, and a bachelor now.
Yes, it is acceptable to lie now and then. Usually when it is called good manners.
There are many scenarios where that would make you a dead man...:o)
I thought everyone knew that.
After decades of marriage, I have learned one universal truth: Never tell a woman what she does not want to hear.
This is another example of political correctness.
Is it any wonder why men feel so emasculated?
I guess all the real men are probably divorced or have never been married. (not counting the homos that is)

As hard as it is to believe, I like my face, so doing something that might get it punch or slapped is against my best interests.
That is if you want to live...
The correct answer to that is "Some people might say they do, but I love you just the way you are."
And here I thought one of the fundamnetals of marriage was that the two people should be honest with each other. If we cannot expect honesty in ourselves how can we expect honesty from the politicians we elect?
Define fat.
Oh I’ve know women who lie too..its not just men... we are all sinners in one way or another... I don’t know why women lie, but I know that when men lie its usually to avoid a chewing out from a woman. As they say, its easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
I wasn’t punching you, I was high-fiving your face.
lol
Reminds me of a line uttered by the husband of a friend of a friend to his wife, who was lamenting about her clothes being too tight due to the dryer. He replied, “Then why don’t you put your considerable a$$ in the dryer?”
I don’t know if he lived to tell the story, but the wife passed it along to my friend.
I consider myself a "real man", and I will tell women what they don't want to hear -- WHEN IT'S IMPORTANT.
When the question is something like "Do I look pretty in this?", the answer women REALLY want is the answer to "Do you love me?"

You can truthfully answer "No"
After all, its not the genes that are the problem. (And I hope that photo is 'shopped.)
