Okay, assume Obama is determined to be ineligible to be the president due to him not being a natural born citizen of the United States. That would mean that neither he nor Biden would be eligible since he was elected under false pretenses.
It is quite possible that Pelosi will be facing charges up to treason for her part in this mess.
Byrd is physically unable to take the office.
And the rest of the Cabinet were appointed by Obama and would equally be ineligible as all of his appointments were unconstitutional.
My guess is that if this goes down, Pelosi resigns or is removed as Speaker of the House and we end up with another Rat.
However, the argument may also be made that since the elections results are null, the people who voted for Obama were duped and deserve another chance. There is no constitutional provision for what to do if a usurper were to manage to lie and connive his way into office because the founding fathers could never envision such a scenario.
So, what happens?
The 12th Amendment requires that the winner have a majority of the electoral votes. McCain got around a third. No way he can be awarded the election.
Re-see the ticket you voted for visually. It was not Obama plus 1, Biden was separate on the presidential ticket as VP.
I wish it were different....
The actual electing is done by Electors, and there is no “ticket” at that point.

It isn’t, however I counter your argument to show me a ballot with president & vice-president separately.
Thus the swearing in of Obama and Biden to their positions would be itself null and void, and the vice-president would be Dick Cheny because the wearing in of Obama would have been itself illegitimate.
If you read the Constitution, nowhere doe it mention that the president and Vice-President should be elected together, yet THAT IS WHAT WE DO! (IE we’ve been ignoring the Constitution this whole time.)
Also, if I recall correctly the vice-president was the presidential candidate who came in second according to the unamended Constitution. It is because we amended that away that we have the possibility of a non-eligible vice-president.
To further make matters worst, the electoral college and the congress and even the general-public vote on a president/vice-president tuple instead of on the people individually.
It is for that reason that the invalidating of the presidential candidate would also invalidate the vice-presidential candidate... the ENTIRE election was fraudulent. The various secretaries of state should have verified the eligibility of each candidate before putting them on the ballot. (Thus every Presidential candidate would have to pass 50 official checks for eligibility.)

The former would happen if there was CLEAR evidence Obozo cheated and lied to become President. I don’t think there would be any sort of impeachment unless he dug his heels in...then either impeach or declare unable to execute his duties as President. In “fairness” the DemoRat Congross would elect Biden as Pres and he gets to pick the VP.
In ANY event, the effect would be devastating to the DemonRat Party...for not vetting him, the State Run Media would be guilty of malpractice and Hissy Chrissy would have a tingle running down his leg, all brown and stinky...

Is there a way to filter out stories that contain certain key words? Say for example that I didn’t want to waste any more bandwidth on posts that had (oh just to pick a random word) “Ortiz” in them. Is it possible to filter those out? Or (just to pick another completely random word) howabout “certificate”, could posts with that word associated with them be filtered out? Just curious.

I won’t “assume” anything, especially the part about Nancy Pelosi being removed somehow from office, and especially not for treason without some kind of specific offering of a foundation for a statement like that.
No — the President and VP are elected to 4-year terms which expire at noon on January 20, 2009/2013/etc.
IF the President and VP are ruled ineligible, then the Speaker of the House becomes President should she choose.
Such choice requires resignation from the House and office of Speaker.
If she chooses to not assume office, then the choice devolves to President Pro Tempore of the Senate - again such choice requires resignation from the Congress.
Then come the cabinet secretaries in order of department creation.
I shudder to think of a President Ass Clown, I mean Biden.
