His tracksuit was so big that he seemed lost inside it. Under his black hoodie, he wore a red one - in case he needed a quick change of identity.

At 15, Tuggy Tug is still officially a child - but he is already dangerously disconnected from society and its values. What forces have put boys like him in charge of our streets? And how are we to deal with them?
Despite being barely literate, Tuggy Tug was eloquent about the reasons he'd turned to crime. Indeed, his words provided a harrowing insight into why increasing numbers of boys are more likely to do a mugging than a piece of homework.
None of the teachers at his own school in South London paid any attention to him, Tuggy Tug told me, so he hardly ever turned up for lessons.
And his young single mother never disciplined him because he was ' bringing home the bacon' - up to £200 a day from running errands for older drug dealers.

A single mom teaches her child she was either unwanted or unworthy of marriage - and that the child was unloveable by the father. The child has no respect for mom and hates daddy, if he even knows who daddy is....we all suffer as he takes it out on the world

There are freaking video cameras all over the place. So the ones the Govt. wants to track just adapt.

These problems are much worse in the US than in the UK.
The Government cannot do much about the loss of manufacturing jobs or the breakdown of families.
But the government did much to cause it.
The government compounds the problem by taking self-defensive weapons away from innocent people.
In the old Britain, schools were tough, and they treated delinquents harshly. Pickpockets were hanged. Today, they are given welfare and Labour goes on about the productive members of society needing to support these miscreants. How about arresting the parents along with the kids?
Those little punks wouldn’t survive in the real hoods or any suburban neighborhood here. We don’t pack knives lol.
I know libs aren't excessively bright, but com'on. They've spent two decades destroying anything that might have the slightest relation to values of any sort - they've succeeded, congrats to them.

The number of children living in loneparent households - almost all headed by a single mother - has more than doubled in 25 years.
It's simply the logical result of liberal/left-wing domination of the bureaucracy, the media and the popular culture in Britain. The message has dominated the culture day by day, year by year, decade by decade.
The same nation that colonized much of the world, bringing schools, churches, hospitals and legal systems along with economic development to primitive, illiterate societies, now finds a large part of itself developing into a primitive, illiterate society.
The caste system developing there is also underway here.

That is weird, they have three pictures where the race of the person is clearly a white male, but those are labelled as models posing.

To be fair, though, white "yob" culture in England can be just as prone to brutal, senseless violence and criminality as blacks and far more violent than America's white underclass.
I'm not buying that at all and a quick look at some statistics showed it to be wrong, black crime there is like it is here, massive in disproportionality.
