Constitution Party Condemns Possible MANDATORY Vaccination
Constitution Party ^ | August 8, 2009 | Constitution Party

“It comes down to the most fundamental of all freedoms. If government can force potentially dangerous substances into our bodies what, then, can’t government do to us?” asked Constitution Party National Committee Chairman Jim Clymer.

“Whether mandated by the federal government, the individual states such as Massachusetts or international organizations like the World Health Organization WHO) or the United Nations U.N.) forcing potentially dangerous chemicals on a free people is tyranny”, Clymer added.

Health researcher Bill Sardi writes, “There is a cozy relationship here where the World Health Organization prematurely declares a pandemic which coerces more than 80 governments to purchase flu vaccines and then public health authorities invoke mandatory flu vaccination programs for school children and become the free sales agents for the vaccine makers. The vaccine makers then funnel profits back to the politicians in the form of political contributions which are veiled kickbacks.”

All liberty-loving Americans should shudder at the WHO directives which state: “During a pandemic, it may be necessary to overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights. Examples are the enforcement of quarantine (overruling individual freedom of movement), use of privately owned buildings for hospitals, off-license use of drugs, compulsory vaccination or implementation of emergency shifts in essential services. These decisions need a legal framework to ensure transparent assessment and justification of the measures that are being considered, and to ensure coherence with international legislation (International Health Regulations).

Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius recently signed a document that grants immunity to swine flu vaccine makers.

Completely agreed. There are some on here that either think there is nothing to be concerned about because “what’s the harm?” or because they think it will never happen. First off, it wouldn’t matter if they were injecting water into us, if we don’t ask for it, and are made to have it without our consent, then it is assault, plain and simple. And to the ones who think it would never happen... enjoy the water froggie, its people like you who allow our freedoms to be eroded slowly.

I thought Baxter had a patent a year ago for the swine flu vaccine.
Will other companys be allowed to make it?
I thought it odd that Baxter would do this a year in advance.

A large health care system in the area have instituted a brand new policy for flu vaccines. Employees are given the opportunity to get flu shots, as in previous years. Those receiving it will get a sticker for their ID badge. Those withhout a sticker will have to wear a mask whenever within 6 feet of a patient. This will be in effect from October until March. Pretty much forced vaccination, as who wants to wear a mask all day?

I suspect that this has more to do with government pressure than just a new policy, as handwashing is the single most effective way to prevent transmission.

That's not forced vaccination.

Health care workers should get a flu shot. Otherwise, you turn the hospitals into viral incubators. Not to mention a health care worker should have enough education to debunk the internet anti-vaccine tripe anyway. I'd be nervous to find that I'm being treated by someone who didn't pay attention in immunology.

My husband had to get the Anthrax vaccination in the military. Of course he took numerous other common military vaccinations necessary to be deployed to 3rd world countries, but the Anthrax series of vacs was the one that scared me. A few refused it, he took it. In his case, no side-effects that we know of.

If Bam thinks I’ll be forced to take any vaccinations, he’s wrong. Ain’t gonna happen. We are free born Americans. He can stick it in his own arm.

Not prevention, but the American Government spent a great deal of tax money ‘treating’ AIDs with AZT and there wasn’t a peep out of anyone.

The treatment was wrapped about with legal sanctions for non-compliance. The AZT doses were simply enormous, and some 50,000 Americans died of liver failure.

This iatrogenic die-off was known as “the AIDS epidemic”. Ever since AZT stopped being used (or began being used in much smaller quantities as part of a cocktail of other drugs) this epidemic-by-treatment has ceased to exist.

Saying that those objecting to the control-grab represented by forced vaccination object to the vaccine is about the same as crying racism whenever Dear Reader is criticized. Some folks may object to the idea of or ingredients in the vaccine, but most I speak to are objecting to the mandate of vaccination.

It’s about the control, not the vaccine.

They weren’t joking. Be nice to them. They see you when you’re sleeping. And know when you’re awake.

That's only partially true. Our surveillance equipment only allows us to monitor 25 percent of the population at any given moment. However, we do surf threads like this and preferentially monitor those who have found out the sinister truth about flu shots.

Next year, we are hoping to up that to at least 35 percent.

Also, our Big Pharm conspiracy recently picked up a couple abandoned Amtrak yards from FEMA at a great discount rate. Of course we'd like to vaccinate as many as possible using coercion and chemtrails, but no technique is perfect.

And this is stupid, since both should were the mask. The un-vaccinated to avoid catching something as well as spreading something, and the vaccinated to avoid spreading the problem. Secondary transmission by the vaccinated is also a worry.

Not to mention that the particular virus in question isn't the only health problem in any given hospital ward. Nor does any given vaccine protect you from all variations of a virus.

I don't have an opinion on the people who are opposed to vaccines, as I am not one of them. But I sure as hell feel strongly about the government ordering me and my family to get any kind of medical treatment against my will. Can't you understand the difference? If the government ordered me to get a gas barbecue, go shooting on weekends and celebrate Christmas, it would still bug me. Once we conceded their ability to order us around, it's not much of a step at all to being ordered to do things we don't like.

It’s not an issue for me, as I have gotten the flu vaccine yearly for the past 18-19 years.

However, you have to consider that some are not able to get the vaccine due to a contraindication.

Education is good, but that doesn’t translate into a 100% compliance rate with any vaccine or treatment.

As for hospitals being “viral incubators”, do you think that hospitals were germ free prior to the Swine Flu? It’s call “nosocomial infection”, and it’s a problem since the first hospital opened.

So everyone in the hospital in patient care areas should wear a mask whether they are symptomatic or not?

I did fail to mention that this hospital also has a policy that employees with a fever and one other flu symptom are required to be out for 7 days or fever free for 24 hours, whichever is greater.

There will always be infections transmitted in a hospital. The goal of 0 nosocomial infections should most definitely be strived for, but this will never happen. Good handwashing and use of hand sanitizer before and after entering a patient room is the best way to prevent transmission of infection.

Also, the rule is a moot point for me, as I get a flu vaccine yearly, and have been for the past 18 years or so.

During an epidemic, vaccinated health care workers would present at least a small obstacle to the virus burning its way through the entire hospital. Granted, hand washing is more important.

So everyone in the hospital in patient care areas should wear a mask whether they are symptomatic or not?

If you are worried about folks shedding the virus or getting the virus, then yes. Infected folks can start shedding the virus before they become symptomatic, and vaccinated folks can shed the virus. Whether or not you have been vaccinated doesn't determine whether or not you can be spreading the virus. You could have already encountered the virus, and be generating the antibodies needed to protect yourself without having been symptomatic.

The point is that the rules should follow the facts of virus transmission, not the politics of forcing the vaccination.

And I have been careful to NOT get any flu vaccines. Part of that is due to an autoimmune condition which says I'm not a good candidate for anything requiring the immune system to work right, and part is due to skepticism that the doctors really know the long term risks. For example, this page notes:

"According to the world's leading immunogeneticist, Dr. Hugh Fudenberg, if an individual has had five consecutive flu shots, his or her chances of getting Alzheimer's disease is 10 times higher than if they had one, two or no shots."

No, I don't assume that. But that doesn't make chemtrails real, and it doesn't mean that someone's going to force you to get a flu shot. If a government agent seizes you and forces a needle into your arm, I'll come back to this thread and admit that my skepticism about forced H1N1 vaccine was incorrect. If they don't, you can do the same. How's that?

I don’t know if you’re old enough to remember when they were voluntary... but now, as soon as a baby is born they are assigned a number..and you cannot get work or credit without one. (unless you are an illegal alien). Car insurance used to be voluntary too, now your car can be taken if you don’t have it. They will continue to make shots voluntary, but there will be strict penalties for those who refuse... as it is, a child cannot attend school without proof of immunization even for things that no longer exist in our society.. This is how government force works. Extortion.
