I’m not informed enough to know the answer about his bogus case...but it would be genius if he ran and this show helped his appeal...

because there NEVER WAS A CASE... that DA (that’s Dumb *** not district attorney .. well maybe both) is playing just enough games to keep the game afoot! And thus keep the GOP from being able to use a very devastating weapon, which DeLay IS!!
