I know that the Gov. of GA has asked for Obama to help. Funny that we haven’t heard a damned peep from the WH about this. They don’t give a rat’s.

Your drift is wrong in this instance. The flood in the Atlanta area was systemic; across the entire region. Every ethnic population in the area was hit, including Atlanta proper which is just as heavily black as New Orleans is.
