An area TV station posted images of skeletons dressed to resemble dead celebrities, including pitchman Billy Mays, singer Michael Jackson, Wendys founder Dave Thomas and actress Farrah Fawcett.
Football star Steve McNair is depicted as a skeleton on a couch wearing a Tennessee Titans jersey and a helmet with a hole in the top. Draped across the skeletons lap is a depiction of Sahel Kazemi, McNairs 20-year-old mistress, who police said murdered the football star, shooting him twice in the body and twice in the head in July before committing suicide.

That sounds tasteful. not.
NEA grant?
More than distasteful.. Disturbing!
Does sound kind of gross.
That is another pet peeve of mine though. Halloween displays go up way too early. Around here I have seen homes with decorations on them for 2 weeks already. When the started, Halloween was still 6 weeks away!
It sounds hilarious to me.
I was fine until they got to Hello Kitty. Some things are sacred. BTT.
Wow.
Really bad taste.
How about the troll of Chappaquiddick and his victim?
wow....that’s really tasteless....especially the Steve McNair bit
If I die doing something stupid (see David Carradine, for example), it'll be even funnier to goof on me.
A marker board with the word agenda shows dead celebrities names crossed off and living celebrities waiting to be crossed off.
Those celebrities include comedian Carrot Top, actors Kevin Bacon and Robert Pattinson, TV personality Kim Kardashian, convicted felon Bernie Madoff, football player Ben Roethlisberger and singers Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and The Jonas Brothers. Also included on the list: universal health care and the fictional characters Dora The Explorer and Hello Kitty.
What's not funny?
When you read something like this, you gotta figure the person in charge of the exhibit was (A) some high school kid or (B) someone who recently had a lobotomy or (C) some high school kid with a lobotomy
The possibilities are endless...
Kings Island is near Cincinnati - perhaps a Bengals fan set-up the display?
bump that
Tasteless, but you know you’d laugh before you could help it
Aren’t you already dead?
I saw stores putting up Halloween displays and selling Halloween candy the day after Labor Day.. It seems Halloween has become more popular than Christmas.
I feel so sorry for the McNair children. To lose your dad to murder, to have the murderer be a girlfriend on the side, and then to have his death become a macabre Halloween display...sad. I’ve lost my mom and dad and both inlaws through natural causes in the past 4 years. I cherish their memories, we remember them and laugh and enjoy thinking of them. But if I’d lost them in a violent crime, I think I’d probably have a pretty hard time with their death being set up as a jokey Halloween display for the general public.
A local news station mentioned Kennedy's name in the story but never explained what the exhibit was.
