Via Instapundit comes this Hotair/Ed Morrissey vid and transcript of Hardball host Chris Matthews musing about someone "jam[ming] a CO2 pellet into [Limbaugh's] head and he’s going to explode like a giant blimp." You know, just like Yaphet Kotto at the end of the Roger Moore Bond flick Live And Let Die. Seriously. Morrissey notes:

Funny that it is always the liberals WITH POWER who are actually the “violent” hate-filled ones, even as they complain endlessly about conservative talk show hosts - who have NO power in the current administration.
I liked Lazenby, then Connery. Moore was too old to play Bond.
I envision a time, and wish they did it now, when the BBC/Masterpiece theater, will be allowed to produce the teleplays like they currently do Poirot and Sherlock Holmes, and make them true to the novels and the time period that the novels took place in....
I read all the Fleming Novels in high school 40 years ago...and re-read them all in 2005....and enjoyed them immensely.
I reread them this past Summer/Fall.

“For Your Eyes Only” was an exception. Moore was pretty solid for once.
Don’t mean to hijack but, I watched a movie called Punishment Park on the Sundance Chanel this weekend. It’s from 1971 and it’s “suppose” to be dystopian, basically anti-war hippies get convicted and the government makes them run a 3 day course through the desert to get to an American flag. The police give them a 2 hour headstart then pursue them. If they reach the flag before being taken into custody then their sentence is reduced.
However, the cops have no intent in allowing them to reach the flag and instead the cops gun them all down.
BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
