UFF DA??? WTF does THAT mean??
The CBS affiliate here in Rochester cut away from the Ravens game with 1:50 left in the game so that we could watch the START of the Bills game. I mean, WTF???? As a Ravens fan this really pissed me off, but since when do they cut away from any game during the final drive of a great comeback, seesaw finish game? And just so we could watch the worst team in the league, the Buffalo Bills. What a crock. SeeBS sucks.

Is there a way to hide posts with certain keywords?
Last week and the week before I had to DVR an NFL game and watch it much later in the day. On both instances, I started surfing Free Republic while watching the game and bumped into a post that revealed the outcome of the game I was in the process of watching.
Not gonna complain that the games are being discussed. It just that when you see the headline FAVRE LEADS VIKES TO COMEBACK AGAIN or something like that, it can’t be unread.
So, is there a way to browse recent articles and block sports postings at the same time?

I suggest that you don’t get on FR while watching games you have taped, that way you will make sure you don’t inadvertently find out the outcome of the game ahead of time.
I can. The only thing that can stop the Vikings at present is their own head coach. And today he darned nearly did. We had the Ravens reeling in the first quarter and he took his foot off the gas.
