Rosamund Pike thinks people became scared of her after 'Die Another Day'.
The British actress - who played villainess Miranda Frost in the 2002 James Bond film - believes people are frightened of her since she played the confident and sexy MI6 double agent in the spy film franchise.

She was the only bright spot to a horrible Bond movie. Thank God the producers did not soil the name "Gala Brand" with her in this movie.

Toby Stephens was ill used in that movie....he's a great actor usually.
It was a stupid premise.

Bad karma!
Ms Pike has said unkind things about her film and Bond films in general.
To: relictele
like what? She also has said that Chelsa Clinton is a friend.

Based on just this one picture I guess she’s scary in that “all girls are scary” kind of way.
We need much more evidence.

Bless her heart. I agree she was about the only bright spot in that movie. Most of those Pirs Bonbons JBs are just awful. I’ve only seen DAD & TND once (only GoldenEye I’ve seen twice, well, maybe TWINE, but that only because I had a crush on Sophie Marceau and Denise Richards in the late ‘90s).

She looks like another actress that’s been on one of my soaps recently, “All My Children”, as a villainess. Name escapes me at the moment.

I liked the premise.
Goes back a bit to “Diamonds Are Forever” and the genetics thing was a good update.
However, the use of CGI instead of real stunts, particularly the wind-surfing/parasailing thing was dreadful.
Toby Stephens IS a great actor.
I like seeing him in stuff on BBC America.

Cute? sure. Kinda’ plain vanilla though.
Sarah Palin, Laura Ingrahm, Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter are more my type.
I also got this really weird thing for Dana Loesch.

She was in another movie, "Doom" I think or something similar and forgettable, and she did not wear a bra.
AND it was cold on the set that day.
So I guess when I said forgettable I meant mostly forgettable.
To: Perdogg
One of the worst Bond flicks. Halle Berry, while easy on the eyes, is a lousy actress.

Not only am I not scared of her, I don’t even know who she is, unless she played the lawyer in a most excellent movie called “Fracture” with Anthony Hopkins and another excellent actor (and jazz guitarist) whose name escapes me).

When I heard “DNA transplant” I instantly realized, ‘oh the rich white guy is really that North Korean dude. That and the DMZ hovercraft and INVISIBLE CAR were silly. More Sci-fi than Moonracker.
It was amusing though, DAD works on that level. Seeing some white dude in a North Korean Army uniform. And the pointless Zorroesque sword fight.
Anyway I’m surprised Ms. Pike can’t get work, you’d think the her role would have led to increased success for her.
She was a plus in DAD. She was lot more interesting than Halle Berry’s spin off attempt.
Still ‘Jinx’ was better than Denise Richard’s hot but absurd Christmas Jones who was barley a step above Tanya Roberts worst Bond Girl ever.

She played Jane Bennet in the most recent remake of “Pride & Prejudice” (2005) with a miscast Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet. Without makeup Ms Pike is a little rough around the edges. (The whole Bennet clan seems to have taken on the character of the relic chosen for their country manor Longborn).

“Without makeup Ms Pike is a little rough around the edges.”
I would like to find out personally.
