For fans of Magnum P.I.
Hulu | 10/22/09 | DGHoodini

Posted on 10/22/2009 1:35:30 PM PDT by DGHoodini

I just noticed on the 'Recently Added' list on Hulu, that they have added the first season of Magnum P.I. to their content. I hope they keep adding seasons ala SG-1.

I’m actually looking for a Canadian series from the late 80s called “Diamonds.” Know where I can find that one? It ripped off “Moonlighting” and don’t think it ever came out on VHS or DVD.

Not a clue. but Hulu does have a place to make requests for new programs for them to add to their content.

Skeet, I think you may be talking about Murder 101, which is Season 5, Episode 8. I just went through all my Season 4s and I can't find P.I. 101. I then went to IMDB and an episode by that title didn't come up. But Murder 101 is definitely available on Grabboid. I just recently downloaded it! I'm working on Season 3 now.

I just checked John Hillerman’s bio on www.imdb.com. According to them, Higgie Baby is alive and well. It was a different John Hillerman who died.

Your undoubtedly right, thanks for the info.

There are things that are reminders of good phases in life - that series is one, IMO.

Have caught many episodes on the retro channel.

And today--did you catch it--Rush said Rosie and her whatever are going through a "rough patch"--

--and I well recall how Rosie ambushed Tom Selleck when he was a guest.

He's a breakthrough character creating a world where morality is cool.

Note. When the show first came to Saudia Arabia, it was so edited it only lasted 15 minutes. Magnum would be going to kiss a woman then the scene would immediately cut to him shooting a gun then to him driving down the road. That was with no commercials.

I'm not able to listen to Rush but can't imagine ANYONE wanting to live with Rosie, lol.

Had forgotten about her ambush of Tom Selleck and went and watched it today.

He was the personification of decency in spite of the stupidity she put him through!

Seadog, you don't know how much I appreciate you posting the transcript of that interview! You knew I needed it!

I watched the video but until I read the transcript I did not know all that was said.

You were very thoughtful to do that for me!
