An American man who made coffee in his own home while nude is facing charges of indecent exposure.
Eric Williamson, from Springfield, Virginia, was brewing coffee in his kitchen when a woman and a seven-year-old boy walked past the window and saw him.
The woman complained to police who arrested Williamson shortly after the incident on Monday morning.
Williamson, 29, insisted he did nothing wrong and that any exposure of his private parts were accidental.
"Yes I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," he said. Williamson, who has a five-year-old daughter, added: "I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid.
"I never had a conversation with anyone, never saw anyone. Didn't cross my mind, came and got coffee. I mean if I stood and seemed com

Doesn’t this man’s house have drapes or some kind of window covering?
I didn’t use anything on my windows in the kitchen, dining room or living room - only in the bedrooms and baths. But I sure put on clothes or wore a robe when going out to the kitchen!

Thats legal in most areas, suprised the cops even arrested him.
To: nickcarraway
because officers believed he wanted to be seen naked by the public. He was in his own home. What was she doing peeking in windows at that hour anyway, forget that hour...anytime!

Yes, the snooty peeping Tom woman should have been arrested.
The cat just woke me up and I am sitting at my computer, naked. (5:30AM)
Will Jim ban me from FR? Ohhh..I better go back to bed.

Serious matter here in Virginia...if convicted he will wind up on the State Police sex offender website and have to report his address and employment whenever it changes.

Are you sitting at your computer (naked) in front of a window with the shades (curtains - whatever) open??? If I stood naked in front of my living room window with the curtains open in my neighborhood I’d expect a knock on the door from police too. Again - what a dunce.

Ah, FOX news reported that he moved from window and exposed himslef and he KNEW they were watching him.
Virginia Man Charged With Indecent Exposure After Making Coffee Naked in Kitchen
...
But Fairfax County Police see it differently. Spokeswoman Mary Ann Jennings said the woman and her son first saw Williamson standing naked inside his doorway as they walked along a path outside his home. Police say Williamson then followed the two from inside his home and exposed himself again through a large front window.

This one depends on location and position. If you can see someone clearly from the street when walking by, then the man in question is wrong. For example there's a short distance between the sidewalk/street and the house and there's a large window with a clear view.
However if someone needs to come up to your house on your property and peek in the window to see you, then they are at fault.
Regardless, the man should be given a stern lecture by the judge if the first condition is the situation but shouldn't be charged criminally if nothing else is wrong.
If it's the second case, then the woman complaining should be given a stern lecture by the judge and told to mind her own business.
Either way dismiss the case. There are too many important things for the court to do. This can be easily corrected without legal system getting involved.

Did y’all hear about the old lady who called the cops about a naked man. She told the officer who answered the call to look out her window and he could see the naked man in his backyard. The cop looked and said that he could see nothing. The little old lady said. “Oh, I forgot to tell you that you’ll have to stand on this chair.”

Um, folks ... Obama and his minions are gutting the constitution and trying to silence all critics -— and we’re worried about the Church Lady seeing a naked man???
