That picture is a production still from The Devil Wears Prada, where Anne Hathaway played an intern. Found it on IMDB.
If nothing else it looks like they may have ripped off somebody’s copyright.

In a strange twist, one of Anne Hathaway's ex-boyfriends was charged with big-time real estate fraud while representing the Vatican. One of his investors was a good friend of Billy Jeff Clinton.
