Damn. Another local school, traditionally black Hampton University, was in the news when a white homecoming queen was chosen.
I feel for any gal that ran and lost to an it.

They need to replace that ampersand with “is.”

"Vasold identifies as "gender-queer," a catch-all term for those who identify with something other than traditional male or female gender roles. "
You know, there just ISN'T another gender role. Sorry. Boy or Girl. That's it. Pick something. eesh.
Rebel without a clue.

I would ask for a refund if I had ever given them any money.

...who prefers gender neutral pronouns "ze" instead of he or she and "zir" instead of him or her. ICK! How stupid to be making up words to avoid using the proper choice. What is the proper choice? I prefer the gender neutral pronoun IT

So, tell me. Who is the sick one.
The “it” who won the prize or those that elected it.
The one wearing the lip ring or those who sat there and did and said nothing.
It’s a sad, sick world we are leaving our kids and
Grandchildren.

This is a good idea if they crown one person as the king and queen. Think of all the money thy can save and they will not pollute with that nasty CO2 stuff.

The long-dead alumni of W&M, among whose ranks are many of the nation’s founding fathers, must be spinning at 500K RPM in their graves right now.

Yes, but it seems that the “children” arent too unhappy with it- they overwhelmingly voted for the Usurper, these colege kids are the ones voting for The Thing as homecoming queen, they are indoctrinated socialists, they are for gay rights, for abortion, for statism, and they seem determined to go off in that direction.
I dont see any campus protests against The Establishment like there were in the 60s- they are along for the ride. It is their future and they will regret the choices they are making.
Maybe THEIR generation will rebel but that’s a longshot.
