Is the second sign a more clever slogan? I would think the “positive” ad would be more effective than the “negative” one.
I think he could try to sue her for defamation of character if they were no longer married, but it would very hard to prove if she genuinely believed he was cheating.
If they were no longer married? You mean if they were still married, she can defame him all she wants?
Any show with Ashley Banfield as a legal commentator can't be that successful, regardless of billboards.
I had a feeling it was something commercial. In a city, a billboard like that can be more than 50k-100k.
This whole viral marketing campaign was an unfair embarrassment to Hillary Clinton.
If CourtTV didn’t run an exhaustive search for any married couple named “Emily and Stephen” within a 50 mile radius of each billboard, I’m sure it cost them WAY more than $50K to $100K....
