We really need to get our head on straight here.
There is, indeed, a chip that is on it’s way ( or already here) that can track swine flu, but it can also monitor blood sugar levels. Nothing malevolent so far.
As to planning mass graves? I don’t buy that one. So far, far more people have died of the regular flu than swine flu.
I signed up for a summer membership for me and my granddaughter at our community swimming pool. They required her to come in and get a photo and be fingerprinted. I said no (glad I did too since we didn’t end up going there that much) but the first time we did go and just paid the daily fee a mom with three kids was going through and they had a machine to scan the fingerprints. I asked her whether she would be okay with chipping them. She said sure. Really really scary how quick people are to give away their freedom.

2. Scope

An implantable radiofrequency transponder system for patient identification and health information is a device intended to enable access to secure patient identification and corresponding health information. This system may include a passive implanted transponder, inserter, and scanner. The implanted transponder is used only to store a unique electronic identification code which is read by the scanner. The identification code is used to access patient identity and corresponding health information stored in a database.

There are implanted devices that require periodic review of operating and patient data - like pacemakers, implanted defib devices, and neuro stimulators to control chronic pain. You don't want wires poking through the dermis since it's likely to introduce infection and it's not very comfortable. The RF controls are used to adjust the device and capture critical patient data (like irregular heart beats).
Most people do not want to hear these things or even consider this possibility. “Ignorance is bliss!” Most people put out of their mind the possibility that a person with a nice smile and beautiful words could become another Hitler, Stalin or Mao Tse Tung, who killed millions of their own people and others in the last century. “After all we are more intelligent and sophisticated today!” But as I said to my cousins who voted for Obama, if a person promises, if elected, to sign FOCA as the first thing he would do as president, that person is CAPABLE OF ANYTHING!
