There is a huge difference between rape and regret.

Makes one wonder how many men are in jail for similar encounters.

Rape is the only crime I’m aware of where the identical events are criminal or not based entirely on the “victim’s” recollection of what happened while she was drunk or stoned. And that’s assuming she’s telling the whole truth from her perspective.

All of this should make men think several times before engaging in such behavior. But that’s not likely.
