Indeed, the forgers forgot to alter the “Document Location Number” which shows that it is clearly a 2008 form. This is fraud and it’s a felony and Schlussel allegations are backed up by Stephen Coffman, a former high-ranking Federal agent. Moreover, the document shows a September 4th, 1980 date and the location of the transaction as Hawaii, but at that time Obama was thousands of miles away attending Occidental College in Los Angeles.

Can't there be a law suit filed against Obama if this is true. What's preventing someone to filing a suit against an official if there is clear evidence.

Well, if recent history is any help...the issue would be found to be one of ‘standing’, ie, no one has standing to bring such a suit. Maybe a state attorney, or a federal prosecutor, but not the average joe on the street.

I heard about the SS numbers long time ago, and found nude pictures of the trashy fellow traveler bama mama. Rev. Manning hit that nail squarely on the head....she was as amoral as you could get. It is all there on the net....some more reputable sites than others.

What's preventing someone to filing a suit against an official...

If you file suit it will be probably be thrown out because you don't have "standing" in the eyes of the court. They will rule you have not been personally harmed by the alleged fraudulent SSA form and can not ask the court to award damages to you.

I believe that filing a fraudulent SSA form would be a federal crime and it would fall to Federal authorities (FBI, Secret Service, Postal Inspectors ??) to investigate and prosecute the fraud. Don't hold your breath.

The issue of "standing" has pushed those going after Emperor Zero's records to use deploying members of the military as plaintiffs in their lawsuits, they can claim harm if the Commander-in-Chief sending them into harm's way is not eligible for the office. It hasn't been successful.
