Pay close attention to his eyes in the YouTube video. I've seen people high on drugs many times and they usually had that same vacant look in their eyes.

He looks kinda drowsy maybe.
I find it very hard to watch him with all his weird mannerisms. But I have read a lot of reports that he looked unhappy, listless, and uncomfortable. After all, he was the metrosexual in the room.
Yes. I think he is high many times because he makes zero sense most of the time.

I’m reminded of the Star Trek episode “Patterns of Force” in which a historian from the Federation violates the Prime Directive and introduces Fascism to a planet. He sets himself up as Fuehrer but is eventually drugged into incoherence by a deputy who secretly holds all the power. The Fuehrer can struggle through an occasional speech, but he’s not really “there” any more.

I saw the vid and to me Obama’s delivery looked pretty decent. I can’t stand the guy but his speech delivery was in no way shaky, wierd, robotic, or poor.
I see nothing but evil in those eyes.

I was working out at the gym watching his speech with no sound or closed captions. He kept turning his head from the left and right with his nose stuck up in the air like those old Lenin posters. I kept thinking what is wrong with the guy? My buddy said the reason why is he had a teleprompter on both sides of the podium and that he is unable to say anything without reading it off one of them, but that is why he looked so odd while giving the speech.
No wonder the cadets looked like they were suffering through a root canal as they endured the obvious photo op of dear leader.
I refused to watch it.

According to Rush’s show yesterday, Zer0’s West Point speech was often, word for word, a recitation of a speech he gave last March.

Out of respect to our USMA cadets, I too fell asleep during Obama's speech.
I never had a college lecture that was as boring as that.

Chain smoking, bad lungs. Lips turn blue when your lungs have difficulty pulling in oxygen. Of course the state ran media would never tell on him (based on how they have made all smokers an outcast group).
What I saw was a constant movement from left to right so that he could read the teleprompters but look like he’s making audience contact. The problem? The biggest audience was at home watching TV and he made little eye contact with the center camera, which is where his audience was.
He is a zombie so I don’t see anything different than before.
I thought his demeanor was arrogant and patronizing.
The military faces I saw seemed resentful.
I heard that. He said the "ir" part under his breath so as to try and fool some of us. But it was there and i heard it and thought what a bastard he is. Course, i've thought that many times before. It's like his supposed subliminal one finger salutes. He wants to get caught, but there is plausible deniability. Such is the behavior of a middle school girl.
They need to put some pancake makeup on those purple lips.
I watched the speech. No. Absolutely not.
He is sad because he was running for the job of God and has had to settle for President of the US
It probably is the prompters, but it makes him look like mussolini, and is probably what first made me start to hate him.
Response: Nah. If one looks closely into the eyes of say a dog one gets the same impression. There is nothing looking back.
