Amid all the headlines generated by Tiger Woods' troubles — the puzzling car accident, the suggestions of marital turmoil and multiple mistresses — little attention has been given to the race of the women linked with the world's greatest golfer.

Except in the black community.

When three white women were said to be romantically involved with Woods in addition to his blonde, Swedish wife, blogs, airwaves and barbershops started humming, and Woods' already tenuous standing among many blacks took a beating.

On the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner radio show, Woods was the butt of jokes all week.

Always love how black folks consider anyone with just a little bit of black blood to be “one of them” UNLESS they have a last name like “Suarez.” Most Dominicans, and many Puerto Ricans are just as black or blacker than Tiger, yet blacks seem to make exceptions when claiming Afro/Mulatto Latinos.

I wonder how his standing among Thais is doing. I don't see much difference between black women who object to black men being with white women and white men who object to black men being with white women. Both are out of line and should consider being with each other if they're feeling left out LOL.
