OK, I see your point about how peer review can be manipulated.

What pH level (I assume measuring blood?) would you say is most conducive to health?

It seems that I remember that 7 is the magic number.
Vegetables and fruits are alkaline so if you include much of those they negate the acid foods.

Lemon juice is really alkaline sip through straw tho because the juice is bad for teeth

most acid- diet sodas Baking soda is alkaline and balances the acids. They sell little ph strips to test your acid levels.
