December 11, 2009 Attorney: Tiger Woods Could Face Prostitution Charges If He Paid For Sex in New York

Tiger Woods spent upwards of $60,000 for high-priced escorts from former madam Michelle Braun, the New York Post reported Friday. Braun told the paper that between 2006 and 2007, Woods paid for at least four dates with escorts from her roster. For one “pillow-lipped” Manhattan model named Loredana, the married billionaire paid $15,000 for a single "date," Braun said.
If Braun's allegations are true, the golf-great could be in serious legal trouble, New York City-based attorney Tom Kenniff tells FoxNews.com “He could be charged with patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor in New York,” Kennif said. “Depending on the statute of limitations, if there are witnesses swearing out statements, and there is a money trail that can be corroborated, it’s a reasonable likelihood” that Woods could be charged.

Sure it’s gross, but still. NYC is full of mobbed up businesses, street gangs, extortion rackets, and the Wall Street Mob. <p
Tiger, run for Public Office and no attorney general will consider prosecuting you.

I was all for the police investigating him for his probable DUI, but this would be an obscene waste of resources.

I've seen some of the women Tiger's been alleged to have frequented, and I've seen Spitzer's tramp. I'd say Spitzer's just a better negotiator than Tiger, because his was a whole lot nicer than anything Tiger bagged.
I would think his wild ways were “part of the deal”. I am beginning to doubt anyone will see any real complaint or threat of estrangement from Elin.
Maybe they got into a fight on Thanksgiving and she decided to go after one his ho’s, he stormed out drunk and hit the tree. Everything else started turning up and now it's all public.
I don't know and I don't want to impugn Elin because she is very very hot. However, it all just looks fishy and I doubt she had no idea that anything was going on.
