'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the House
Pelosi was stirring, with her million dollar mouse;
The votes were then counting by those who dont care,
In hopes that St. TOTUS soon would sign there;
America was nestled all glued to TVs,
While death of their healthcare had scanned in their screens;
And Pelosi with her Botox, and Reid with his crap,
Had just turned for the worst, like a face in a slap,
When out before dawn arose such a clatter,
Congress sprang from their seats to veer up the chatter.
Before with the votes, they stopped with a flash,
The Senate had entered and in came more trash,
The boos were addressed with a full bellowed blow
Both blusterous parties to confer the show,
When, what to their wandering lies should appear,
But a portraiture man, and eight slimy peers,
With a little old Biden, conniving and slick,
They knew at the moment it was St. Barack.
More rapid than eagles his courtiers they came,
And he whistled, and spouted, and called them their names;
Now Boxer, on Boehner, now Cantor and Franken!
On Cornyn, on Stupak, on Conyers and Wilson!
To top all the votes! To top all the calls!
Now hash away! Hash away! Hash away all!"
As dry heaves before the turbulent stomach sigh,
They would deed with the obstacles, all mount with a lie,
The front to the House-top his czars they all knew,
With a neigh full of noise, and St. Slick too.
And then, without thinking, all saw in aloof
The lancing and gnawing of Constitutional proof.
As they knew in their heads, all softly and sound,
That the weenie St. Oclueless came in like a clown.
He dressed like a golfer, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with grass stains to boot;
A bundle of joys he promised awhile back,
Yet he looked like a peddler closing his golf rack.
His smile -- how it crinkled! His dimples so granule!
To keep up with the joneses, he brought his bro Rahm Emmanuel!
The dull hairy stout on top of his brow,
And the sneer of his grin proved the lowest of low;
The stump of our rights he took right from our feet,
And his hope once foretold now deader than meat;
He had two big broad ears that could not hide barely,
The look of a donkey, like the pin of his party.
A snubby and thug, an old folly himself,
We all laughed when we saw him, just like Carrie herself;
Then started to sigh, too bad Nelson didnt stave,
It gave me the know they would dance on our grave;
He gathered his herd, and went straight to work,
To fill all the ballots; that insidious jerk,
And laying the paper while tapping his toes,
And signing with Dodd, along many of his bros;
He sprang to his cart, his own team cheered and whistled,
And away they departed like ground from the gristle.
But I heard him proclaim, as my insurance denied,
"Happy healthcare to all, say so long and goodbye."
