Orly Taitz - Motion to Transfer Carter Case to Judge Lamberth in Washington DC
American Grand Jury ^ | December 26th, 2009

Posted on 12/26/2009 4:27:01 AM PST by Man50D

AGJ comment: we spilt the Motion up into the key parts so our readers could quickly see what Orly is asking Judge Carter to agree to.

AGJ comment: The US Attorneys representing Obama said Carter could not hear the case BECAUSE of Jurisdiction. They maintained that only a court in Washington DC could hear the case because Obama resided in Washington. Orly agreed! — Wow!

AGJ comment: Bottom line, Orly made a brilliant move. By agreeing to what Obama’s Attorneys argued for they cannot now go back on their request. Orly in effect called their bluff. Now the case should rightfully move to Washington DC. If Judge Carter tries to deny the Motion he will lose complete credibility with the court and be subject to appeal — If Carter rules in favor of the Motion it is an important win for our side — Obama is still in the “hot seat” and Orly deserves a lot of credit for hanging in there — In our humble opinion.

Donofrio didn’t need Judge Carter’s confirmation. Nothing Orly has done has been helpful. She’s single-handedly done more damage to the credibility of the eligibility issue than anyone else.

I need to write a country song about Orly:

What part of “dismissed” don’t yah understand.
You filed no appeal, you get no remand.....
“With prejudice” means yah cain’t refile...
So just go pull some teeth for a while...

Yah cain’t do “pro-cedure” if you ain’t a pro.
When the Judge says “dismissed” that’s meaning “no.”
You cain’t put a pulled tooth back in your head.
Yah cain’t transfer a case when it is dead.

Chorus:

So what part of “sanctions”, don’t you understand.
When you ain’t got “standing”, you cain’t stand.
Yor legal fanny has done got “tanned”
The Court’s has charged you twenty grand. . .

I would really appreciate it if someone would comment on the links I provided in # 39. I dont know if this info has been posted elsewhere on FR but it is full of juicy bits.

Dr Charles Lincoln worked directly with, under, and evidently on top of Orly Taitz

I need to write a country song about Orly:

Wait a little longer, and you might be able to add a stanza about a visit to the crossbar motel.

But you are off to a good start.

Dude appears to be seriously delusional to think Orly would leave her rich husband to be with a dis-barred lawyer.

Thanks, circumbendibus. Apparently this is an important announcement since pests are frantically posting negative comments to anyone wishing to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

The Penguin Dictionary of Psychology defines hate as a "deep, enduring, intense emotion expressing animosity, anger, and hostility towards a person, group, or object." Because hatred is believed to be long-lasting, many psychologists consider it to be more of an attitude or disposition than a temporary emotional state.

Yup. I've heard all the negative comments. Phone calls don't work. Emails don't work. Faxes don't work. Attending town hall meetings is a waste of time. Attending tea party rallies is a waste of time. Filing lawsuits against BO in order to uphold the Constitution is ludicrous. Serving grand jury Presentments against BO and Pelosi in order to uphold the Constitution is foolish!

If all those who are actually doing something to reverse the socialist takeover of the country bothered to heed the combined negativity of the self defeatists then health care, Cap and tax, Amnesty for illegal aliens, just to mention a few pieces of socialist legislation, would have passed a long time ago.

It is ludicrous and foolish when the only Constitutional violations regarding Obama's eligibility are in the delusional imaginations of unhinged cranks, --unhinged cranks who are trying to co-opt conservatism as a platform for their baseless (and quite silly) conspiracy theories.

—unhinged cranks who are trying to co-opt conservatism as a platform for their baseless (and quite silly) conspiracy theories.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Where's the conspiracy?

Certain citizens have asked Obama for a **few** key documents. Some have asked the courts to examine and rule on Obmaa’s natural born status with regard to his father who was here on a short-term student visa. These requests are documented and court recorded. ( No conspiracy here.)

Obama has flat out done everything possible to see that these documents are withheld. FACT! ( No conspiracy here.)

However....An honest man would be **HONORED** to prove in a prompt and “transparent” manner in **every** was possible that he was indeed a natural born citizen and eligible to be president. He would do this for **any** citizen,...even the NUTZ!

FACT: Obama has not done this. ( No conspiracy there.) So?...What do his actions have to say about his honor and honesty?

By the way...This issue is NOT going away. Jimminybob, no siree! ...NO, NO, NO!

More than 51% of Republicans do not even believe Obama was born in the U.S. More than 30% of all American voters too. That's a **LOT** of people! And...Those numbers will grow as the economy tanks further. This percentages would be higher still if those who merely doubted Obama’s eligibility were added to the total.

THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY FOR REPUBLICANS TO TIP TOE AROUND OR IGNORE THIS STINKING DEAD CARCASS OF AN ELEPHANT BLOCKING THE ROAD TO ELECTION! All those people with doubts and concerns about Obama’s eligibility can't possibly be “unhinged cranks”.

By the way...You are plagiarizing Ann Coulter she was the first to call those with doubts about Obama “cranks”.

I wonder how much he was paid to write this? With the TARP slush fund at the disposal of the Democraps ( as well as Soros) it could be a LOT!

By the way....For MONTHS I have been posting that the Obama bootlickers were using the “nutz” half of the “Nutz and Slutz” attack ( used to great effect during the Clinton years). I figured they were digging through every trash can in California looking of anything that would pin the “slutz” half on Orly.

I see you have a sensitive nose for this stuff.

it took a bit more than two years before Watergate forced Nixon to resign.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It took a good long time for the truth to come out about Clinton as well. And...He was impeached. Too bad the Republicans caved and didn’t convict.
