Yeah, regular Joes would be out on bail too. Many states require a mandatory first appearance so a judge can issue a no contact order. Money wouldn’t be an issue with this guy. And he is entitled to a reasonable bond per law. Its the punitive phase that needs to prevail in this jerk offs case.

There is a lot of unknown’s in this particular case — and I am far from a Sheen fan or supporter, cannot stand the guy — but at 8:30 in the morning she blew a .13 and he blew a .04... my first thought was where were their children and second was why were they both so drunk so early in the day?
