I’m just kidding with you, btw. As a Colts fan, I don’t ever look forward to playing SD or NE in the playoffs. In fact, to be honest with you I try real hard not to get to excited about the playoffs at all, lol.

Poor Jim Zorn. He’s such a nice guy, too.

Take heart, we finally have a GM with ties to the George Allen era (Bruce Allen, George's son). Maybe the future is now (but I hope we draft our way to contention).

HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!

Will be more than a few good playoff games.

ESPN: Brady suffered three broken ribs in today’s game?

Not sure if it happened today. I read on cbs sports forum today that he had been playing for some time with 3 broken ribs. No idea if that’s true or not.

Yep, my beloved “skins” have gone to pot!

Everybody's team has gone to pot. Gimme the good ol days when the league wasn't filled with a bunch of self centered wussies with the "ME" mentality ! Oh and don't forget the "stick-um" and even th QB's weren't above getting their bells rung like everyone else.

They're saying that Wes Welker suffered a tear in his ACL in the game.

Bad news for the Pats.

Wel... it's getting more interesting all the time.

Packers played well against Arizona. Sounds like they will be playing each other next Saturday night.

Aaron Rodgers finished the season over a 100% ranking for the Packers. First time that has been done since Bart Starr.

That’s precisely my sentiment.

Poor Jim Zorn. He *is* a nice guy.

In what I was hearing here in Sport's Central, (WTMJ, Milwaukee) following the Packer game, they also mentioned Welsy Welker's torn ACL.

We got a scare as Charles Woodson went down before the half of the Packer game. He seemed fine though in the second half. Didn't play, and seemed to be fine along the sidelines.

Zorn is a nice guy, but he was unprepared to be a head coach in the NFL. That said, you can hardly blame him for taking the money Snyder was willing to pay him.

I sure hope he finds success somewhere next season. He sure deserves it. He’s had a really tough year with a lot of things to deal with that were outside his control. And like you pointed out, he lacked the experience necessary to put it all together. Through it all, he acted with quiet dignity; a virtue rarely seen in this neck of the woods.

Another coach who should be meeting with the owner of the team @0800 tomorrow is Denver Bronco head coach McDaniels. Pat Bowlen should fire his butt and hire a competent mature individual that knows what the f*** he's doing ... McDaniels isn't that guy.

Dallas is 59-39-2 against Washington, since I count ties as a half of a win, something the NFL did not do until 1974, that would be 0.600.

My guess is that Zorn will end up in Cleveland and reunite with Holmgren.

Packers played well against Arizona. Sounds like they will be playing each other next Saturday night.

They did, but Saturday will still be interesting. Looking at the highlights (it's all I can see of my Packers where I live), Kurt Warner appeared to be out most of the game. There were a few other injuries, as well. Next week, whatever their condition, the Cardinals will not just be licking their wounds.

Yeah, he does seem to open up in the 4th. Cocktails or is the fella just shy? Lol.

I may actually miss him if he leaves the booth.

I haven’t followed the NFL for years, but remember Jim Zorn playing for the Seahawks. He could really scramble!
