Is 3.6 out yet?? I just checked for updates and it tells me to download 3.5.7 (still using ver. 3.0).

I upgraded both a linux system and a windows vm yesterday to 3.6, so I imagine it’s out.

Yes, it is 3.6. I am using a Windows Vista Home Premium computer.

I have tried doing what has been suggested but for some reason it keeps me logged into Yahoo and Facebook which never happened when exiting FF 3.5.

I have Firefox at 3.5.6 but stopped using it due to so many problems with addons and frequest freezes at launch. I switched to Chrome for a couple of months but had so many lockups and crashes and it used more memory than any other browser, I gave up. Now I'm back to IE8 which also has its share of problems.

I might just move to Opera next.

I had Firefox 3.6 and it gave me many problems. I completely removed it and went back to 3.5. I’m not upgrading past this any time soon.
