Around 2003 or 2004, I picked up this book at a second hand store. Once I read it, my political outlook seemed to change. I guess you could say that I felt that it didn't matter how I voted. This book is available to read on line. It is worth a read. I still get excited when my side wins but...???

They're puppets... the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the only true authority in this universe, no one else...
Satan acts only as allowed and permitted by God. Satan knows his time is coming and what God has permitted him to do, and he's getting ready for it right now... using whomever he can of these "dimwits" that others refer to as the power brokers, but are really being pulled around through the nose by Satan and his minions... :-)

Well, the people who knew what the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob says in His true and inerrant and infallible Word -- centuries ago -- knew even before there was even a "United States" that there was coming a "one-world goverment" under the control of Satan (that's the Satanic conspiracy -- something that is run by Satan himself, not by people who join some kind of "Satanic cult"... doncha know).
These guys are mostly too stupid to know who is really pulling the strings on them (which is Satan himself).
And people who knew the Bible and what it said many many centuries ago, knew this before we ever formed this country in the first place.
This is something that is way beyond anything to do with the United States -- it has to do with the plan of salvation for the world and for mankind, and as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is bringing it about, right now...

I’ve always found it interesting how Christ addressed the ‘builders’, when they bragged about the temple they had built.

It might be "just that" in terms of those with a very limited perspective on the matter and what is really going on in the world.
But, the real picture is that it's solely and only about the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (according to what the Bible tells us) and expressly about what Satan has been allowed to do and set up (that which is coming, in terms of the one-world government)....
All these others that you are talking about are simply "bit-players" in the larger picture that I'm talking about with God in control of all things, and Satan being allowed to set up the coming one-world government -- in order that God may judge the whole world and -- then -- bring in His one-world government to take over all things on this earth -- and to rule all nations under His control.
That's the bigger picture, not these guys who are merely "bit-players"...

I realize that this is what a lot of people depend upon... but Christians depend on something in additon to that, which supplements the evidence, and provides a reason and rationale for that evidence -- and that's the "revealed, inerrant and infallible Word of God"...
When you've got something like that, from the Creator of the Universe... it's hard to dismiss it, unless one simply does not want to take the Word of God into consideration at all... :-)

No, it's not -- it's a subset of knowledge for things that are going on in the world, at least as far as it's accurate in describing dates, facts, people, events and things like this.
It will never been comprehensive, though, in its understanding (religious book or not) -- because the things in this world, even though they can be described in terms of facts and details and events and people and so on (like this) -- if the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is left out of the understanding of what is going on in the world's history -- one has a limited and distorted and incomplete view of what is happening.

Not at all... (unless you just want to persist in that type of thinking, "just because"... :-) ...).
It's fine if someone wants to document facts and figures and people and associations and so on. There's nothing wrong with that. But, it's like I was saying above... if one is persuaded to believe that these things that are presented are all there is to the "story" and that from this information that there is nothing else outside of this -- which we are to know -- which controls all these things -- then if you have that kind of viewpoint -- you have a very misleading and limited viewpoint and it will lead one to wrong conclusions -- conclusions that leave out the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and conclusions that say that He has nothing at all to do and say about it (much less control these things) -- or even that He doesn't even exist at all, in the first place, to even exert any control over these things...
If there is any disrespect going on, it would be a supreme disrespect of the Creator of the Universe, to leave Him out of the equation of what is going on in this world, in all these things which are described in this book...
If people start reading older books then they will understand why some of us scoff at the “boomer”, “1960s” stuff, when you realize that conservatives were getting totally erased in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s, then you realize the teens of the sixties meant nothing in the real history of how America got to where it is.
Bringing Satan into the equation does help to dispel that argument though. However, it does bring into doubt whether any effort on our part will have any chance to defeat the plan as it stands today. As you say, God is a tough adversary. So do we go with the flow and wait through the Tribulation for the Second Coming?

It was written long before and is very eye opening.
I have read most of it. A good followup is “The Franklin Coverup” by John DeCamp. “Eye-opening” barely scratches the surfaces!
