I don’t know - he and Brees are good friends as per Brees’ interview prior to the Superbowl. He was probably upset at throwing the INT and losing the Superbowl. I think they’re reading too much into it.
Both Manning and Lebron (at least so far) have both proven to be exemplary in their on and off the field (court) behavior. The “non-handshake” is only news because neither are prone to any controversial behavior.
Can’t remember the last time anyone even wondered if Ray Lewis stuck around to shake hands . . .

Can’t imagine anyone wanting to hang around and wait for a Ray Lewis handshake either.
