The longest-serving member of Congress said Saturday he seeks to stay in Congress.

Dingell made the announcement on Saturday during an appearance before University of Michigan Democrats in Ann Arbor, reported the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News.

He should be required to pass a mental acuity and physical ability test!
If there is a minimum age limit (35) for POTUS - then there should be a maximum age limit for Congress.
It would be the fair and right thing to do;)
I guess he’s too old to learn how to cook fries or flip burgers. People with college degrees have snatched up all the Walmart greeter jobs.
Well now gee! Why not?
Just look at what he has done for Michigan over his entire congressional career. More hard proof of the inane stupidity among regular Michigan voters.
Like so many others in Congress, the only goal for Dingle-Berry is to die on “active duty”. We have an ongoing contest among Congress Critters to see who can live the longest and be the biggest pimple on the ass of progress while accomplishing absolutely nothing.
” For every thing there is a season” Tis the time for Dingle to go to pasture .

THIS is bad news for Barry! The Muslims of Dearborn will run an Independent Candidate, split the Democrats and get a Republican elected.
>>He should be required to pass a mental acuity and physical ability test!<<
The test should be a general requirement for EVERY politician.
The only good news is that it is for a 2 year term and not 6 years like in the Senate.
We can only hope and pray the coming November Tsunami will be strong enough to sweep him away too.
Although, after my son was stricken with cancer 2 years ago I don't wish that awful disease on anyone, not even a far-left Democrat Senator.
You’re thinking of Conyers.
You're absolutely right! It's weird, I do that all the time........I read Dingell but my mind sees Conyers.
Well anyway, my comment about Conyers still stands .....LOL!
They’re all the same! LOL
I got the wrong guy.......I was thinking of Conyers......LOL!
Wasn’t this guy’s wife up to something too?
