At Websleuths I got confused because they refer to the Craigslist postings as being written by his brother -- but the postings themselves express anger at being a Canadian in a country where essentially NOTHING was done to locate Lachlan Cranswick.
Anybody know anything about Scientology -- evidentally, on his personal website he wrote quite a scathing condemnation of them. Wonder how he knows their systems well enough to comment extensively?
Then, too, the websleuths discussed that there are a couple Chinese scientists who evidentally wrote a fraudulent article and he publically called them out on it. That's near the end of the long Websleuths messagethread.

Some websleuths wonder why he wore a fur hat "just to put the garbage out," but they must not understand how cold it is in January in Ontario, Canada, right? F-R-E-E-Z-I-N-G cold. Near the very end of the thread, someone posted a link to a jpeg where LC seems VERY comfortable with the public - he seems to be explaining how some of the equipment works & its purpose; and he doesn't appear shy or uncomfortable, simply a professional geek.
