Go there and see for yourself. YES this is THE logo they are using. NOT artwork.

I found the original seal very small on the bottom of the page, but it is barely noticeable unless you look for it and it is NOT in the index. So the “official seal” might not have changed, but the LOGO has.
Gonna check more better...
